I even dropped in on them 5 minutes before close with a flat tire and Jay was kind enough to take care of it (when he really didn't have to.) Another noteworthy experience was when Donnell, a service tech, stayed late on a Saturday to help me put my roof rack on my new M3 in the freezing cold. All around good guys that are there to help! He did mention that timing depends on the availability of the part; however he did his best and within 24 hour I was already in my car riding it. Not only that, Chris also took the initiative to call me the very next day just to follow up and make sure everything is fine. That is what I call supreme customer service. More
