I was on the end of a lease with another brand that he took off of my hands for me, thus making the entire process very easy....and very much appreciated! I would also like to mention that the other brand (that I had been with for 3 years) could not come close to what I needed and Kenny was happy to assist me and make me feel like a priority where the other dealership had failed. Chad and the manager, Elite were so nice and helpful throughout the process. Since this is such a big decision, I was nervous about taking the plunge. I told Chad about my reservations and concerns and he was so patient and kind and talked me through all my concerns. Chad and Elite both genuinely wanted me to be comfortable and confident in my decision. I was allowed to take the car home for the night to test it out and the next day I bought a used Mazda CX-5 and felt great about my decision.
