I did not feel that way at all with Chad Cowans, he is a true professional. He and his manager Bryan McElhaney worked together to bring an pleasurable experience and I never felt like I had to haggle them to get the price down, they came in with their best offer which won us over right out of the gate. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him for future business. More

There was no pressure on us to buy and we decided to check out some lightly used 2016 models. We found a perfect opportunity to buy a 2016 Mazda3 and decided to put a deposit down for them to hold onto it for a few days. We worked with Paul to purchase the vehicle and everything went very well and it overall wasn't a very long and drawn out purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend this nice dealership to a person looking for a Mazda. When it comes to buying a used car, you're often at the mercy of what the nearby dealerships have available. New Mazda CX5 I purchased a CX5 a few weeks ago my previous car was a Mazda 6 purchased at a different Mazda dealership a few years ago. The customer service I experienced after I purchased my car at previous dealership I would rate a 1 there was no communication, coupons absolutely no contact after the sale. When I moved to Huntersville I decided to have my car serviced at Keffer Mazda. My service at the dealership was a 5 and not only that they sent me coupons for oil changes. I was in an accident a few weeks ago and totaled my car. The next day I went to Keffer Mazda in Huntersville found a vehicle, negotiated prices and had paperwork 95% complete in less than an 2 hours and that time includes finding the vehicle and test driving it. I put a deposit on the vehicle until I received the word from my insurance company of the total loss. A week later I picked up my new CX5 finished the paper work in 30 minutes. My sales person was Paul Fratazzi he was compassionate and supportive. He was off the day I picked up the CX5 so he contacted Alena Fiadosava another sale agent to complete the sale. Alena such an inspiration and also supportive. Wow the team work at this dealership, the sales people, Internet Manager, Finance and even Chris the GM. When I left that dealership I felt like family! After months of res The car buying experience is not one I find enjoyable whatsoever, but the people I worked with at Keffer Mazda made it a pleasure. After months of research, I decided to take a test drive in the 2017 CX-3 Touring, which I ultimately purchased. Upon my initial visit, I was greeted by Catrell Allen in sales. He thoroughly explained the various details and features of the vehicle prior to my test drive, was very knowledgeable and professional. Before leaving that night, I also met finance manager Kenny Robinson, who addressed any additional concerns or questions I had about the vehicle, rather than trying to push me into talking numbers. After explaining my reluctance regarding interior space, he quickly offered a solution -- I could take the vehicle for a few hours, at my leisure, to see if it's something that would work for my everyday life. I took him up on the offer 2 weeks later, and after careful decision, began negotiations on my second trip to the dealership. Kenny was not initially available to handle my negotiation, and things were off to a rocky start. However, after 2 hours of back and forth with another manager, he finally freed up, apologized, and basically saved the day -- and my sale. Without hesitation, he presented me with numbers I was aiming for and felt much happier about than the previous 3 offers presented. I needed more time to think the numbers over, and after a few days, called Kenny back to push for 0% interest. There was no haggling -- in less than 3 minutes, he told me that wasn't a problem. I met with him the next day, and left a happy customer in a brand new car. Throughout the entire process, Catrell was persistent yet patient, and never pressured me into making a sale. He continued to follow-up with me and was available to answer any of my questions and address my concerns. Kenny is hands-down the only person you want to deal with when it comes to the numbers. He was completely no-pressure, showed transparency, and truly made me feel as though he was on my side. There were absolutely no games -- he showed me the numbers, explained everything line by line, and ensured a smooth experience in what I've come to expect to be a stressful one. He was a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend anyone and everyone to meet with him for high customer satisfaction. I am happy to be a new member of the Mazda family and love my new car and new dealership! More

Our first interaction with Chad Cowans was pleasant, and informative, right off the bat we let him know what we were looking for and Chad did everything in his power to make our experience easy and pleasurable. Having done our research we told Chad exactly what was offered to us and told him we were willing to make the drive up to Huntersville, NC (4 hour trip 1 way!) if he could beat the current offer. After an anxious wait, Chad returned our phone call with a chipper tone of voice and an offer that was well worth the drive. Needless to say, we started the process and in the morning we were up early heading to purchase our new Mazda3. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! It wasn't a luxurious or expensive car to warrant such treatment, but the staff at Keffer really made us feel like VIPs, and after the mountain of paperwork awaiting us was thoroughly read, we signed on the dotted line and drove off in our lovely new car. Overall I could not be happier with the vehicle itself, and the fact that everything was so easy and low pressure during the whole process made my wife and I spout off to all our friends and family about the service we received at Keffer. Thank you Chad, and the rest of the staff, for making this purchase the least stressful it could be. We look forward to seeing you someday in the future for our next car buying experience. More

However, her home address is in Tennessee and she is in graduate sc We planned to purchase a car for a granddaughter who was visiting us in Charlotte. However, her home address is in Tennessee and she is in graduate school in Alabama. We preferred to title the car in her name but were uncertain about the best state in which to register the car and whether to jointly title the car. Chad Cowans insured that we fully understood the alternatives. He also expertly presented the models and various options. We finally decided on a Mazda 3, titled solely in her name and registered in Tennessee. We also received an excellent price. Everyone we dealt with, especially Chad, was very helpful without being pushy. My granddaughter and her grandparents could not be happier with the outcome. More
