Bad business, lots of lies Had really bad experience with this dealership. They sold me Xilon protection, and said I can get it done at any dealership, which was not true, and a Had really bad experience with this dealership. They sold me Xilon protection, and said I can get it done at any dealership, which was not true, and after sending me through various dealerships in my town, even lying about appointments set!!! it took over a month of constant calling and frustration to get a refund. They also added Mazda maintenance plan without presenting it as an option, and asured me that it would work at any Mazda dealership. Which was a lie too. Very disappointed, and do not recommend them. Not good business practices. Yuri Carvalho was good sales man, but when problems came up, he did not have any knowledge, and relied on management, who just lied in anything they said More

We had a couple of follow up items on the dealer preparation and the service department did a wonderful job delivering everything that was promised. This is a dealership I would highly recommend if you are looking for a Mazda and want to buy it from a company who cares about their customers and goes above and beyond. More

I was devastated as well as broke since I had just paid my son's fall college tuition. Keffer had a 2014 Honda Accord with low mileage that I was interested in, but I was dealing with insurance settlements and money issues. Chad Cowans was blessing to me. We live outside Mint Hill in Union county and his dealership is a good 45 minutes on the otherside of town, but he brought the car to our home so we could test drive it and talk about our options. He was patient, kind, but also honest with what he could and could not do. He always promised his best and delivered on it. I am grateful for the expierence because I have never had a great car buying expierence before. Chad Cowans will change your mind about car salesmen. At least he did for me. More

Keffer Mazda is three hours away from where we are located but because we already knew we were interested in the Mazda CX-5, we were given the contact information for Chad Cowans. He contacted me shortly after the inquiry came across his desk and his first question was "how can we make this a hassle-free experience for you?" We worked out all the details through phone conversations and email exchanges. We never met Chad in person but based on our exchanges over the phone and email, I felt more comfortable working with him and the folks at Keffer versus or local Mazda dealership. We had a little snag with getting all the paperwork finalized, but Chad was patient and had the car to us on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Very pleased and happy with the service we received. More

Sara was helpful, intelligent, and so personable. She answered all of my questions and worked hard on my behalf. Bryan worked hard as well on my trade and couldn't have been more helpful. Kenny was so fun and helpful when it came to signing the contract. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm definitely a customer for life. More
