From the moment I met Thomas I felt I was treated with kindness and respect, which is more than I can say about my experience with two of the other dealers in town. Thomas helped to get me a great deal on my new car, and even arranged to have the whole dealership crew meet outside to sing my happy birthday before I left! The whole experience was efficient and painless. I can not recommend Thomas and Keffer Mazda highly enough. Thank you! More
"Worst Car buying experience " I am an hour and 1/2 away and purchased a used car over the Internet. The used car manager along with the internet manager knew well in advanced I was I am an hour and 1/2 away and purchased a used car over the Internet. The used car manager along with the internet manager knew well in advanced I was coming the day before to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, they car was not ready, it was dirty and had less than 1/2 tank of gas. No one went over the car with me, I had to test drive by myself because they were short staffed. The customer service that I received during my visit was the worst service I have ever received at a car dealership. Very disappointed and would not recommend. More

All I ask is my salesman to do what he said he would but now he no longer works there and there is no record of the part being ordered. I trusted him at his word and I guess I shouldn’t have, hopefully the people I’m speaking with that still work there will make good on his promise. More

He was ethical and honest in the offer process and I ended up purchasing the next day. Chaos Unlimited! The situation went from bad to worse and ended with such outrage on my part that i DO NOT THINK YOU REALLY WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT. I contacted the deal The situation went from bad to worse and ended with such outrage on my part that i DO NOT THINK YOU REALLY WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT. I contacted the dealership via internet because I was looking for a particular vehicle that they seemed to have. I drove for over 200 miles to test drive a 2018 Miata RF Grand Touring and I bought it, despite the horrible experience and total chaos from start to finish. The car had to be detailed and had to be kept to do so...why wasn't I told that before???? That was on Saturday.....after the car not arriving as promised on Tuesday, I became again disappointed....then I waited on Wednesday until 8:20 pm....it was dark so I really couldn't see the detailing I had waited for. By the way, I contacted the dealership beginning at 3pm since that's when I was scheduled to get the car....they lied to me repeatedly and made all kinds of excuses as to why I did not yet have the car that I HAD PAID CASH FOR. It finally arrived and was filthy, with an eighth of a tank of gas, and smelled like cabbage on the inside....where's my new car smell? Apparently gone with the 80 year old men that drove it to me. By the way, they did not give me the opportunity to have it delivered on a truck....I probably lost those 200+ miles on my warranty too. Needless to say me experience with KEFFER MAZDA was far less than even adequate. I love the car, byt am still reeling about the dealer experience.....On an end note, the general manager called me while I was still waiting on the car and promised to call back the next day to make sure I felt better about the situation...he did not call and I do NOT feel better! While the process was lengthy (about a 50/50 split between me & Keffer resulting in delays), I was never pressured & I was treated with respect. I have 3 friends that purchased Mazda's from Keffer. They recommended both Mazda cars & Keffer. I would recommend Keffer & my sales person - he worked very hard for me. I am not an easy person to please, sometimes unreasonable. My sales person maintained his professionalism throughout the process. I'll be back - hopefully, they'll let me in the door. More

We have had really bad experiences and had taken to purchasing used cars from a place with no haggling. Kenny Robinson is one of the finest men I've ever met. He is honest, straight to the point and he told me how much the car would cost, and that's exactly what it was sold to me for. He worked very hard to make me happy and I will definitely be recommending the Keffer dealership to everyone I know. I will also come back when it is time to buy another car.
