The most dishonest car dealership in NC We found the cx-5 we wanted on CarGurus at Keffer Mazda in Hunterville. We called to confirm and negotiate a price with Paul Conrad and James Rucker. We found the cx-5 we wanted on CarGurus at Keffer Mazda in Hunterville. We called to confirm and negotiate a price with Paul Conrad and James Rucker. When we arrived they tried to sell us a cx-5 with none of the options that were listed on the Cx-5 we agreed upon. When we were about to leave, very upset after driving over 40 minutes to get there, the new manager of the dealership JB tried to blame CarGurus for misinformation. When I told him that his staff had to write/give CarGurus the information themselves, he then tried to upsell us to a more expensive cx-5. When we had enough, and started to walk out, James promised he would find the Cx-5 we wanted the next morning. Of course he never called back. When I called back the next evening, James said he found one and proceeded to try and sell us one without the options we wanted for the same price as the one we agreed on with all the options. This is the most sleazy car dealership I have ever been in. Sales people like this are the reason car sales people have such a bad reputation. Stay as far away as possible from Keffer Mazda! That next evening, we actually found the exact cx-5 we wanted with all the options we wanted for the exact same price we had agreed upon at Keffer. More

Happy except told navigation included but wasn’t. Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. When we came back to take possession of car we asked again about the navigation and was told this car didn’t have it nor could they add it because we were already getting a hell of a deal. We were told this several times by several people. While we understand that maybe we were getting a great deal it was supposed to have navigation and we had no reason to believe it didn’t. We were going by what the salesman told us. More
