Good experience I went to this dealership on 1/2/19 to have my Mazda6 6000 mile maintenance done. I had been thinking about trading for a new Mazda6 Reserve because I went to this dealership on 1/2/19 to have my Mazda6 6000 mile maintenance done. I had been thinking about trading for a new Mazda6 Reserve because my car's mileage was building up and I had a new car itch. I loved my Mazda and researched the new cars and knew I wanted another Mazda6. While I was waiting for my service to be finished I looked around at new cars but there weren't any new Reserves. Claude showed me the Signature and I test drove it. I was given several options on how to buy this car which I didn't think I could afford.. There was no high pressure to buy and I was comfortable with financial arrangements so I bought it and love it. Top of the line Mazda6 which I could afford at this dealership. Everyone was easy to work with and their service department is excellent. I trust them to take care of my car as they have for the past 5 years. More

I was contacted by an internet sales person when searched for prices via an internet buying service (was also contacted by two other Mazda dealers). I was impressed with the information shared by Keffer salesperson Jaleil Strickland as he sent detailed information about vehicles that met my specifications and even shared brief videos featuring the cars. This was much appreciated as I have previously scheduled an appointment to see a car at other dealers only to find the car was not available to be seen, driven or purchased. Jaleil provided all the information I needed and followed up appropriately. I was also contacted by managers at the dealership who discontinued contact when I mentioned that Jaleil was providing the help I needed. When we arrived at the dealership, Jaleil quickly brought around the CX-5and gave us a through review. He directed his attention to my wife, recognizing she will be the primary driver. Price was consistent with the internet offer and we quickly proceeded to close the deal. No issues with hard sell, quick negotiation, quick overview of other accessories or services and out the door. Excellent communication, no inconsistencies with info provided by phone or email and superior knowledge of the vehicles offered.
