However, the remainder of our experience was less than stellar. We visited the lot on Tuesday and test drove two vehicles and decided on one. After haggling over the price, we were told that we had a deal on Wednesday morning. We scheduled to come by after work with a certified check to purchase the vehicle. Around 3pm, we received a call stating another person was in the dealership obtaining financing for the same vehicle. My issue is that we were told we had a deal. No one stated that we needed to come in ASAP to secure the vehicle. If we had been told that, we would have made provisions to do just that. Shady dealings if you ask me. If this is how Sales Managers for Keffer do business, I suggest you tread lightly if you choose to deal with them. More

Great purchase experience, with not great results I purchased a used car which was not a brand Keffer sells. Everyone was kind and professional and the dealership is beautiful. I thought I'd had a great experience until I had the car checked at the dealership that sells that model of car. Repairs were needed which ended up costing me additional money. Each of these items would have been found if the car had been inspected or simply put on a lift. Nothing tricky or hard to find. I am left assuming that the car was not checked out at all. What started as a really positive experience turned into a huge disappointment. More
