f you want to get scammed, please go to this dealer. I was told at 8:30 am this morning by Jeremy that they could match a price from another dealer. I said I will once we have a deal in writing because I dont want any suprises. I texted Jeremy, my salesman, at multiple points throughout the day with no response. I called in twice and was put on hold for 20 miinutes. I also was told by 2 people that I would get a call back in 5 minutes, which I didnt. I was also scheduled for calls with management at 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm which they no call no showed. I finally got a manger on the phone at 7 pm.. He told me that they couldnt match the deal and was trying to convince me that I was being scammed by the other dealer. Needless to say, I purchased from the other dealer and glad I did. More

LIES LIES and more LIES If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst customer service experience ever at this dealership. Yesterday my husband and I drove over an hour If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst customer service experience ever at this dealership. Yesterday my husband and I drove over an hour to look at a specific car (Mazda 6 Stock #: M06054A). We were an hour early and unfortunately was pair with an individual who had scammer written all over his face. He LIED and said that the car we were there for was sold and no longer there. He went back and forth to the back to "check" and see what else he could find... (He basically found the same model car at a higher price with more miles.) He stated that the car we was there for was damaged and that's why it's not available and that he had his tech guy removing it from the site... LIES. It is still there. After he figured that I was not there for the bull he called for backup with another salesman. As an highly educated woman we all know never to sign a sheet of paper with chicken scratch a line and then an X. Today we had a few friends and even I myself called the dealership to see if the car was there physically to purchase and each person on the phone said yes. I was placed on hold to speak to a manager TWICE with no follow up or response. More

The Service Department is very efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. They are the reason I take my care there for everything. Lease Experience with Sean Downey Sean was extremely customer centric from beginning to end on this discussion and eventually lease agreement. He heard my questions......and complaints Sean was extremely customer centric from beginning to end on this discussion and eventually lease agreement. He heard my questions......and complaints and represented them well to his senior managers. He was able to handle and answer most questions and only deferred to mgt when I asked or with the financials. He did a great job describing the new features and especially the safety features. More
