BUYER BEWARE. Bait and switch. I found the car I was looking for. Tried to negotiate the transaction via phone, wire funds and have vehicle delivered. Simple right? I was told there were discounts with looking for. Tried to negotiate the transaction via phone, wire funds and have vehicle delivered. Simple right? I was told there were discounts with the vehicle but they could only unlock the VIN upon my arrival at the dealership. So, I took a day off from work, drove 3 hours there. They asked what price I was looking for, wrote down the offer, in detail of how much down in cash, the rest check, then returned and told me there were NO discounts with that vehicle. Bait. Switch. Don’t walk away-Run like I did!! More
Liar, Liar Pants On Fire. Had my 2005 Mazda Van in for a check engine light on. Left it over-night that turns into days, weeks, and finally a whole month. Are you fricken kidd Had my 2005 Mazda Van in for a check engine light on. Left it over-night that turns into days, weeks, and finally a whole month. Are you fricken kidding me? You have a 100K testing machine yet, in the end, they couldn't figure out what the problem was or fix it. Pick it up a month later and spending about a thousand dollars I was really pissed. A few months later, I call to schedule an appointment for a recall. Spoke with a receptionist, she then transfers me to the service guy which then transfer me to the service manager but said he was busy. Took my name and number down and said he will call me back which never happen after I called back a few times to leave a message for him to call me back. I am writing this review because this dealership fail at every level of what customer service means. And if you are the owner, CEO, manager, or whatever, get your chicken head out of your A** and wake the xxxx up. More
My Mazda needed repair for several recalls, I admit I was a little skeptical based on past experiences with dealerships, but these guys are top-notch, they repaired everything plus a few recalls that I did n a little skeptical based on past experiences with dealerships, but these guys are top-notch, they repaired everything plus a few recalls that I did not even know I had, they provided an excellent loaner vehicle to make sure I had a car until the repairs were complete. Excellent management, excellent work, highly recommend :-) More
It is June 2020. They don't have an internet department and they will not communicate via email. They force you to come into the dealership. First dealership I have seen do this. I have bought over 10 new and they will not communicate via email. They force you to come into the dealership. First dealership I have seen do this. I have bought over 10 new cars in last 20 years and all have been online and cars have been dropped off at my home. If you have time to waste and going to the dealership and dealing with the typical dealer politics, then this place is for you. More

We had a fantastic experience. They gave us top dollar for our trade, helped us even though we had a large amount of negative equity and got us in a new beautiful Mazda with a very low interest rate! Disgusted I really thought highly of Keffer Mazda when I purchased my first vehicle with then in May 2019. I was contacted by Keffer Mazda when I was trying to I really thought highly of Keffer Mazda when I purchased my first vehicle with then in May 2019. I was contacted by Keffer Mazda when I was trying to see how much. my car was valued as a trade in. I was told they were offering great rates and no payments for 3 months. I went in to see what they had available and to see if it was worth making the trade knowing I would have negative equity. Sonny kept trying to get me to change my mind to a CX-5 Sport instead of Touring when the price difference was only a few hundred dollars, which did not make much sense to me. I chose the car I wanted and we made a deal. I had to wait over two hours to complete my paperwork for trading/purchasing and it was completely rushed. A week later I get a call from Kevin asking me to come in to discuss my loan. He tells me that the student discount they gave me, they can no longer due because Chase denied it. He gave me two options, to keep my same car payment and pay an additional 5k in interest or I could increase my payment another 50 dollars for a lower APR and save 5k. Ultimately, I chose the savings. However, I never should've been offered a discount that they couldn't guarantee. After my purchase, my old car loan payment was due and I continued to pay it so I would not go delinquent. We get into May and my car loan still isn't paid for so I tried to call several times to speak to someone in finance and no one was ever available; my car payment is due on 5/15. I emailed Sonny and Jalil requesting assistance and there was no response. My car loan was not paid off until 5/19/2020 which is over a month and a half after I purchased me new vehicle. If it would've been paid off immediately, I would not have had to worry about making an additional payment. Not to mention that my old vehicle was no longer on their lot which means they either sent it to another dealership or they sold my car before paying off my loan. Yesterday, 5/21/2020, I receive a phone stating my new tags are in. I never requested new tags, I requested to transfer mine. I was transferred back to the title department and she told me that when customers registration is almost due, she always orders them new tags so they do not have to pay their property taxes sooner. So now I've been driving my new vehicle for over a month without a temporary tag and I have a tag in my possession that is no longer valid. No one notified me of this decision or asked me. Jalil took my tag from my old vehicle and placed it on my new vehicle the day I purchased it. Lastly, my paperwork does not match what is on the financial website. I am absolutely disgusted with Keffer Mazda. I do not like dirty business but this is exactly what has happened. I will never purchase from this dealership again and as soon as I can refinance my loan will no longer be through Mazda, either. Keffer Mazda will continuously email and call you when they want a surgery complete or a review that benefits them but when the customer is in need they are no where to be found. More
My daughter bought a car there yesterday. She worked hard to save the money and did tons of research before going to the dealership. The sales experience was positive for the most part and she was able hard to save the money and did tons of research before going to the dealership. The sales experience was positive for the most part and she was able to buy the car she wanted at a great price that was within her budget. No problem until she got to the very end of the process, the finance manager - Sam. His title should actually be insurance and extended warranty salesman. I've bought a lot of new cars and I've never seen such high pressure tactics. He pressured her, condescended to her and generally badgered her. She listened to his explanations, declined the add-ons and he continued to push her after she repeated declined. He purposely intimidated her. He took a positive experience for her and turned it into an uncomfortable and negative experience. Besides his behavior on a personal level, note to Keffer: It's underhanded to try and sell these add-ons after the sales price and monthly payment have been agreed on and the customer's budget has been met. Why not discuss these options during the car buying process? And why not have the salesperson discuss it? Why bring in a new person with an adverserial attitude? You lost some customer good will, word of mouth referrals, and repeat business yesterday because of that final interaction. More
