This was my first time buying a vehicle from Keffer Mazda. I had a wonderful experience with Sonny and would seek him out as my salesperson in the future. Then it was Phil's turn. He and I hit it off wonderfully. We would have gotten done sooner if he and I weren't talking about life in general. I think we could probably talk for hours. I really had a great experience with him too. I liked the fact that the paperwork was not a very long process. He did not try to over sell the various packages of the extended warranties. I did finally make a decision on what package that was best for me. I am a loyal person when it comes to car dealerships. I am usually a repeat customer. This is my 3rd Mazda and I love them. The next vehicle that I buy if my husband wants a Mazda, we will definitely come to Keffer. I will recommend Sonny and Phil to all my friends and colleagues.
