I'm pretty sure they're well padded with fake reviews, this place is just too slimy to have that many positives. Read on: I've had several dealings with this place. The first was a few years ago helping my son's girlfriend buy a car. They got us in there by promising to match the deal the much better Hickory Kia store was offering but wasted two hours of our time trying ridiculous tricks to get more money out of us. First they tried to accuse the other store of not having the deal. When that didn't work it was the usual tactics all dealers use except for this: They walked up saying they accepted our offer but way down in the charges they put "Mandatory extended warranty $1850." I just had to laugh. We ended up buying it (after getting that nonsense removed) but they still managed to scam an extra $400 out of the girl who gave in because she was exhausted just watching me fight for her. Then last year when the Telluride came out they told my friend they would sell it for sticker price minus a $2500 rebate but when the paperwork was shown to him they added $5000 and called it a "FACTORY addendum sticker." I should have recorded that because that was illegal but town attorneys probably golf with these clowns so I'm sure it would have been a waste of time. That deal of course didn't happen. Then today, after being bombarded with "please sell us your car" letters, I reluctantly went in after telling them what I expected (and they said if the car checked out clean they would give me that much because they wanted it that badly). Of course they offered me $2500 less so that deal of course didn't happen. This isn't the slimiest dealer I've ever worked with but it's damned close. Plan on taking a shower after you manage to escape their garbage and greed. More
