We were in the market for a good, used sedan and specifically wanted one with low mileage, one local owner, low asking price, high m.p.g. rating, etc. After attempting to deal with our local Honda d specifically wanted one with low mileage, one local owner, low asking price, high m.p.g. rating, etc. After attempting to deal with our local Honda dealer, a friend referred us to Chris Fann at Keffer Kia in Mooresville. They had two used Hondas on the lot that met our criteria. I talked with Chris twice via phone and decided to make an unscheduled visit to the dealership only to discover that Chris had left for the evening. I was quickly assisted by Shawn Webster and actually completed the sale in less than two hours including a test-drive! No hastle, just friendly, professional, no-pressure service! I recommend this team to anyone in the market for a vehicle without hesitation. More
Called Keffer Kia for to discuss purchasing a new car - spoke to the sales person - was not timely in responses. Towards the end, sales person called me back and confused me with another person - 10 minut spoke to the sales person - was not timely in responses. Towards the end, sales person called me back and confused me with another person - 10 minutes of discussion was worthless - he had the paperwork of another customer in front of him. 2 weeks pass, received call from finance manager asked what it would take to get deal done - promised to call back that evening or next morning - we never heard from him again - i emailed 2 times - without any response. Please do not deal with these folks - very very poor customer relations - would never purchase a car from here. Charlotte Kia dealer is much better. We ended up purchasing a Toyota at Scott Clark - much better customer experience. More

Usually car salesmen are falling all over each other trying to get you to sign papers, but these guys didn't take me seriously in the beginning. Once they "got it" they gave me a price $1000 higher than any of the other prices I got. After much go-around, being haranged about how they have "invested in me" and how they thought we had a "good relationship", the only way to get the price down to my budget was to change the color of the car I wanted, so I told them to do a search for a different color. Then, no one got back to me. Two days later I got a message from the salesman on my answering machine (at home, when I was at work) asking why I hadn't bought a car yet. (!!) By this time I had contacted another dealer (one of the ones who made me a much better offer right off the bat) and completed my purchase. I'm not even sure I want to take my new car to Keffer Kia for oil changes, even though it is a much more convenient location for me than the dealer I purchased the car from. More
I am rating this dealership, Keffer Kia, a big 5-Stars!! I have never met anyone like my salesperson Richie Carter. By the time I was finished, I actually wanted to buy more than one because Kia's are excellent automobiles. I ended up purchasing the Sorento which to this day I will tell everyone to buy. I was looking for a good used Sorento and Keffer Kia had the best inventory of any dealer I checked. I worked with Shawn Tate and there was no high pressure. We had a referral(for another salesman)from a few family members who had been to Keffer Kia previously and were impressed so we thought we'd give it a shot. Richie was the first person we met on the lot. He made us feel comfortable and he didn't push us to get something we didn't want or couldn't afford. He took care of us like family and made this a great and easy experience for us. Thanks Richie! More
