I am rating this dealership, Keffer Kia, a big 5-Stars!! I have never met anyone like my salesperson Richie Carter. He made me feel at home, got me a cup of coffee, and took his time showing me different v I have never met anyone like my salesperson Richie Carter. By the time I was finished, I actually wanted to buy more than one because Kia's are excellent automobiles. I ended up purchasing the Sorento which to this day I will tell everyone to buy. I was looking for a good used Sorento and Keffer Kia had the best inventory of any dealer I checked. I worked with Shawn Tate and there was no high pressure. I have been shopping around for a new car for a while but have had a hard time finding one that met all my criteria. I have had a Nissan my whole life, as has everyone in my family, so I guess you could say have had a hard time finding one that met all my criteria. My friend encouraged me to to stop in at the KIA dealership to experience something other than Nissan. I was reluctant at first, but all that changed the second I stepped on the lot. I was immediately greeted by Richie Carter. He was friendly, genuine, and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pushed or persuaded. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the car that was just for me. I never thought I would drive anything other than a Nissan, now I can't imagine driving anything but a KIA!
