The salesperson quickly went away and it took them two hours to bring the car around exactly how we test drove it. I traded in a vehicle but they said we needed a new tag, and they could not transfer the old tag. My 30 day tag is running out in a few days, and still no tag. I have called multiple times and they said they had the tag, refused to send it to me in a trackable way, and said they would only mail it. Hopefully it will show. Then we received a call from the finance department saying they needed some additional paperwork and to call them. They were not available the MULTIPLE times I tried to call back, and a couple weeks later they FINALLY sent the paperwork which we sent back within 24 hours. They will get you in - get you sold - then drop you like a rock. Pre-negotiate EVERYTHING and don't fill out any ratings until they complete their promises. We paid cash for the vehicle, so I had no recourse once the check cleared. More

They had two used Hondas on the lot that met our criteria. I talked with Chris twice via phone and decided to make an unscheduled visit to the dealership only to discover that Chris had left for the evening. I was quickly assisted by Shawn Webster and actually completed the sale in less than two hours including a test-drive! No hastle, just friendly, professional, no-pressure service! Towards the end, sales person called me back and confused me with another person - 10 minut spoke to the sales person - was not timely in responses. Towards the end, sales person called me back and confused me with another person - 10 minutes of discussion was worthless - he had the paperwork of another customer in front of him. 2 weeks pass, received call from finance manager asked what it would take to get deal done - promised to call back that evening or next morning - we never heard from him again - i emailed 2 times - without any response. Please do not deal with these folks - very very poor customer relations - would never purchase a car from here. Charlotte Kia dealer is much better. We ended up purchasing a Toyota at Scott Clark - much better customer experience. More
