Wasted my time to say the least. I went in about a month ago and I left because we just weren't close on ordering a Kia carnival. Fast forward one month and they called me two days in a row to get me to com ago and I left because we just weren't close on ordering a Kia carnival. Fast forward one month and they called me two days in a row to get me to come and make a deal. Thinking it was going to be more reasonable I went to the dealership. They offered me 4k over the first deal. I walked out without even countering. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Everyone else can pay 8k over MSRP but I am not that sucker. More
Don't waste you time. My son bought a 2017 Forte here 6 months ago. Engine failed, had an extended warranty, company examined and covered it due to it being a Kia defect. Engine was ordered but has been months ago. Engine failed, had an extended warranty, company examined and covered it due to it being a Kia defect. Engine was ordered but has been lost in transit, so have to order another one that will take 3 more weeks to arrive. I have been renting a car for 6 weeks now, Keffer will not supply a loaner or a rental. And never had the dignity to tell be that, only they are looking into it and will call me back. 20+ documented calls and never a call back, everytime "we will look into it and call you back". It took me taking a day off work and driving an hour there for Steve to finally tell me to contact Kia corp and warranty company. Kia corp takes no responsibly for the car or for the lost motor, and the extended warranty place says it is now a Kia issue and out of there hands. So guess I have to continue paying for a car that doesn't run, insurance on that car, and rent one so that I can work to pay for all this. My only fault was trusting Kia and Keffer Kia, will not happen again. BBB, Kia Corp, and State Attorneys office complaints filed, but every thing takes time. Complete waste of time, energy, money, trust and dignity. Poor customer service, poor responses, poor management, poor vehicles. More
I purchased a used car from Tereek Hill and the car only had 15% oil life, he said bring the car in for a free oil change. I called and scheduled the oil change appt and told them it was free. I had the oil change and was told my total, I explained it was supposed to be free so they called Mr. Hill and he came over and said he never said that and was very rude and condescending. I explained to Mr. Hill that he did indeed say that and I would not have driven 50 minutes for an oil change if it had not been free. He refused to honor his word and said I hope to never see you back here. He was incredibly unprofessional and does not honor the promises he makes. He will tell you anything to "make the deal" and not follow through. More

My experience with this dealer was not pleasant. They sent a written offer to buy a car from me- had me drive an hour to get to their dealership- and then began the ole two step shuffle. Dealing with Keffer Kia has been a literal nightmare. I spent weeks trying to get ahold of someone to refinance my vehicle and now I’m in the same situation again: calling/texting with no responses whatsoe spent weeks trying to get ahold of someone to refinance my vehicle and now I’m in the same situation again: calling/texting with no responses whatsoever because I need a Buyer’s Order- something that should’ve been given to me already. I totally regret buying a car I love now because the people there treat you terribly and make it extremely difficult on you. More
I'd actually spoken with Justin at length on a prior service visit and we talked at length about life and goals and aspirations. When I returned today for another service, he remembered me and recommen service visit and we talked at length about life and goals and aspirations. When I returned today for another service, he remembered me and recommended that I consider trading in my car since I was getting close to 100,000 miles. After reviewing some options, it definitely was the best way forward and saved me from having to pay a fairly large service bill! I'm extremely pleased with this transaction and will remain a lifelong customer! Thank you, Justin! More
