These folks know what they are doing. Do your homework before you go in, so not to waste their time. Sean Craig (our salesman) was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable & professional. Our experience was GrEAT-we will only use Keffer Kia in Mooresville for all of our auto purchases. I picked up a problem with my Rio on Memorial day when I noticed the check engine light come on. I drove to Keffer Kia not knowing what to expect. Would they be open? Would they be able to check out the car noticed the check engine light come on. I drove to Keffer Kia not knowing what to expect. Would they be open? Would they be able to check out the car? On arrival I found them to be open. As alway Karri was on hand and immediately took the Rio to the shop to have it checked out. Soon, very soon she came back and reported what the problem was. On this day by the way Steve Capobianco was having a birthday. All patrons were treated to cake to celebfate. My problem was I was not able to drive the car any further for fear of possible damage to the engine. Karri to the rescue - I was given a car to drive till the Rio was fixed. Two days later the Rio was ready to roll. The price of the service was realy low and the efficiency with which everything was being handled was highly commendable. I was in and out on Memorial Day within an hour. Service of such high quality is greatly appreciated and does not o unnoticed. More

As I'd never purchased a new vehicle before, I was very nervous and skeptical. You hear all kinds of horror stories about dealerships,how buying a new car takes all day, the price negotiating is stressful nervous and skeptical. You hear all kinds of horror stories about dealerships,how buying a new car takes all day, the price negotiating is stressful, etc, etc. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at Keffer Kia. I had previously spoken to Eric Smith on the phone and upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive, he was unavailable. Miles Crovitz stepped in and walked me through my new car and took me out for the test drive. When we returned back to the dealership, Eric was available and Miles gave me the option of continuing on with Eric since I had already asked for him. That blew my husband and I away! We'd always thought car salesman were out for themselves and this clearly was not the case. When it came to price negotiating, Eric Smith and the team were exceptional in the fact that they cared about my wishes for a car payment and really pulled out all the stops to get me the payment I wanted. Financing with Chris Baas was effortless and very fast! Before leaving in my new vehicle, Eric made sure I had all questions answered and actually sat with me going over the manual and walking me through the specifics of operating my vehicle. Since I purchased my car, I have had the dealership contact me to make sure I'm not having any problems and that I am still happy with my purchase. I must say I definitely am! I would absolutley recommend Eric Smith or anyone from Keffer Kia of Mooresville if you are in the market for a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed! More
The dealership is one of the best I have ever had to deal with. My intent was to purchase a new car and they delivered with outstanding service. They treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Shannon was extremely personable, very friendly, good-natured, and very professional. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, well versed in all aspects of the buying process and personally walked me through the entire experience. I did NOT feel pressured in any way. He was not pushy and did not try to use “hard selling” techniques. He did NOT try to up sell me or tell me what I needed or wanted. He actually listened very carefully to EVERYTHING that I had to say. Shannon was not watching his watch as if I were wasting his time; I did not feel rushed at all. He did not hassle me over my long list of “must haves.” Shannon answered every one of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Every staff member that I was involved with treated me very well. I felt special because my business was important to Shannon and that my being happy was important throughout the whole process. Shannon was conscience of my needs and concerns. Ladies if you want to deal with a sales representative that will treat you how you deserve, then ask for Shannon Moore. I know that Shannon went out of his way to make my deal happen. I also know that he will do everything within his power to make it happen for you as well. Keffer Kia went beyond what ALL the other dealerships had offered to do for me. From beginning to end - Looking at different models, test driving, going over all the numbers, signing the papers and driving off the lot - there is not a single thing that I could point out as negative or bad. I am very pleased and excited to be a new Kia Soul owner. Honestly folks, I have been to numerous dealerships over the last two years - trying to make (something / anything) happen. Shannon Moore and Keffer Kia of Mooresville did it; They made my deal happen! I came into the dealership with a LONG list of Must Haves and to say that my budget is extremely limited and tight would be a huge understatement. The car that I had to trade in was 13 years old with high mileage. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If you do not give Keffer Kia of Mooresville a try - You will be losing out. Be sure to ask for Shannon Moore and tell him that Charlene Rollins sent you. He will do everything within his power to put you in the ride of your dreams at a price you can afford.
