Visited your dealership last week. was greeted by Shawn Tate even though i had appointment with someone else. I was in the market for a 2012 Sorento 6 cyl. Told him I did not want a 4 cyl. He took me strai Tate even though i had appointment with someone else. I was in the market for a 2012 Sorento 6 cyl. Told him I did not want a 4 cyl. He took me straight to the 4 cyl and then tried to sell me on 2009 Borrego. I think all women car seekers who are shopping alone should run from your dealership. Horrible customer service!!!! More

Lance is an amazing Salesperson. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish with a purchase of a new Kia Optima, arranged for the correct car to be delivered to the Dealership so that we could purchase fr wanted to accomplish with a purchase of a new Kia Optima, arranged for the correct car to be delivered to the Dealership so that we could purchase from him. We were not necessarily going to make a buying decision that day but due to his efficeincy and assistance we did so. He had wonderful access to Steven Miller and Steve became involved in making sure our comfort level was such that we decided to purchase that day. He coordinated the trade in for our existing vehicle and was prompt and honest in his interaction with us. Miles assisted with the orientation to the car when it was delivered to us and he was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spent an amazing amount of time given that it was not his sale. He should be commended for this. Greg spent an undue amount to time to explain the warranty options to us so that we correctly arranged for long term planning and maintenance for our new car. He had the most challenging role of all and he never made us feel that we were a problem or were taking too much of his time. He is knowledageble and understanding. Without a doubt, the most professional and pleasant experience that we could have had. More
