We basically started this all over the phone and email. Explaining some of our desires for purchasing a Kia Soul. After a few discussions, Ryan suggested a Forte. My husband and I fell in love with it. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and kind. We felt like he cared. We were treated with respect and honor through the entire process!! More

BEWARE of up-sales on unnecessary service contracts and taking advantage of the elderly. This dealership sold my 84 year old father a new car at a high price, gave a low trade-in and then sold him not one taking advantage of the elderly. This dealership sold my 84 year old father a new car at a high price, gave a low trade-in and then sold him not one, or two, but three unnecessary service contracts in excess of $3,500. My father has dementia and when I asked about the new car he said "It sure cost me a whole lot more than they said it would, I don't know what all they added in there at the end." The car had 8,700 miles on it when purchased, now just 10,000. Any attempt we (the family) have made to "sell" the car back to the dealership has been met with ridiculous offers. I'm guessing on the front end including the service contracts, my father overpaid by $6,000 - $7,000. We have cancelled the contracts and will receive a pro-reated refund, but the dealership still made a pretty penny. So they make a few grand on the initial sale and want to make another few grand off my father on the back end. Do they have no conscious? I was met in person with kindness and courtesy as I worked my way up the chain of employees named "Chris" that work there. As I waited and waited, they came to me with a final offer no different from an earlier offer, except they were taking credit for the pro-rated refunds on the 3 service contracts. My price was $700 higher, still a substantial loss for my father, and they refused any compromise. Avoid them. More

I had a warranty issue and brought my Sorento in. Justin informed me that the part would have to be ordered, it would take a couple of days, and that he would call me. I waited a week and a half waiting on a call and then called Justin. Justin told me that the part is not in and it would need to be ordered and that he would call me. I waited another week and a half went by and I had not heard from him yet again. At this point, I was more than a little aggrevated. I called Justin and asked if the part was in and he told me it was. I thanked him and told him that I was on my way. He said he would see if he could fit me in, and I told him no, you will fit me in as this is my one day off and this has gone on long enough with you not following thru with what you have said. When I got there I got a very cold reception from Justin, no apologies of any sort. The work was done quickly and while checking out I wanted to clear the air. I apologized for being so demanding during our phone call, but explained my frustrations with him not calling me as he stated he would numerous times. Again, no response from Justin and no apologies. I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal that I wrote an email to the Service Manager, Steve Capobianco and the General Manager at the time, and did not hear anything in response. I work in sales and service and if I don't follow thru with what I tell someone, then I'm not going to be very successful. Justin's actions are just plain unacceptable. Act like a grown up, not a child that just got their hand smacked for misbehaving. More

Car purchased on March 28th. Today is April 17th and Keffer STILL has the auto and repairs are still NOT complete. Per the salesman I, the customer, should be grateful that they are even doing the repairs. That's right...he not only said that.. but put it in writing in an e mail. I would advise ALL to steer clear of this dealership. More

This was my first experience with Kia and I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! From the time I walked in, until I left with my new car, I was treated with nothing but respect. Visited your dealership last week. was greeted by Shawn Tate even though i had appointment with someone else. I was in the market for a 2012 Sorento 6 cyl. Told him I did not want a 4 cyl.
