above and beyond I went to this dealership because I saw a car online that I liked and it was in the right price range. When I got to the dealership Chris Williams hel I went to this dealership because I saw a car online that I liked and it was in the right price range. When I got to the dealership Chris Williams helped me. Chris was extremely nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. My experience was awesome. I live three hours away but I would drive the distance to do business with them again. More

Had a concern with the Finance Manager - did not introduce himself and seemed "distant". On our second meeting he was great - maybe he was just having a bad day on the first meeting.? And I hesitate to comment on this - the sales manager came over to explain more fully the details of our sale. He made a remark, and I know he truly meant well and spoke from his heart. He said something to the effect that he "really works hard to take care of a woman when she comes in alone". He said it 2-3 times, and I think his meaning was sincere. However, for me, it came across as condescending and her is why: in my career I have been a CEO, owned my own company and am now the Founder and CEO of a non-profit. This is not my first time buying a car by myself. I am extremely independent. While I am okay with his remarks, others may not be? So this is not really a complaint as much as a heads up. I have already recommended your dealership to two other people. Keep up the good work! More
