All Better! On 08-12-15 my wife took her 2012 Sorento to this dealership for routine maintenance, i.e... oil and filter change. While there I had asked her to ha On 08-12-15 my wife took her 2012 Sorento to this dealership for routine maintenance, i.e... oil and filter change. While there I had asked her to have them check on a very noticeable rattling / banging noise that was occurring in the right rear of the vehicle every time the vehicle would hit a bump or uneven area of the road. This noise by the way had been present since we had purchased the vehicle from this dealership but was getting progressively worse. After approximately 2 hours, my wife was advised that the noise was coming from a bad shock and was given two options on replacement parts, factory or aftermarket. There was a little confusion on the repair, but the service manager took care of everything immediately. Very satisfied! More

salesman good after that not so good did not like the answer after 2 days at dealership wanted to to trade 2015 kia sorento in on 2016 kia sorento because we like the uprade and 2.0 turbo did not like the answer after 2 days at dealership wanted to to trade 2015 kia sorento in on 2016 kia sorento because we like the uprade and 2.0 turbo.anyway manager on sat tried to tell us that he could not start at the online list price of 28,445 because we owed on 2015 anyway friday the word was we can get you in 2016 payments under 500.00 so we came back saturday and deal no longer was starting at online price but at FULL STICKER which put us at 700 plus on payments so we could not get new kia.waisted 2 days so what happened from friday we can get you in 2016 and on sat that changed same info in place both days.was happy on friday and not so on saturday felt like your people waisted our time.if you can not get me a deal then should have said that on friday.we were ready to take that kia home if they could have gotten us in under 500 a month anyway hendrick kia of paramount say they can get us in so you folks loose will not recomend you to anyone i know.one last word HAPPY FRIDAY not HAPPY SAT SALESMAN THOMAS WAS GREAT.look on his face when he gave the news about no deal was as though he was not real pleased with answer either.
