Wish I could say better I visited Keffer Kia twice. The first time I wanted to test drive a Genesis and an Azera they had on their lot. I couldn't put my finger on it at first until after the second visit, then I realized it, they are strangely quiet and acted timid. I'm a petite woman so it wasn't me, but it seemed almost as if they were afraid of something or someone, perhaps the management they worked for? Not sure. But aside from that, on both occasions, it seemed to be like pulling teeth to find out if they had the car available for us to test drive that we saw on the internet, and then to get the keys. Their prices were higher than other Kia dealerships on particular cars we were looking at, it seemed their base model Optima's were the price I would expect to pay for a leathered up version. The sales manager boasted on both visits how "we can add leather and anything you want"! Well, yeah, but at a cost! Then he kept trying to get me to get a second loan and buy my VW which is in the dieselgate scandal boasting that he had lots of people 'doing it'. Okay, so if other people want to settle to get less for their VW than what VW is going to pay them for it if they just wait till their turn in date, I guess so should I. Not. I've been to tons of dealerships this past 6 months while shopping for my replacement car once I sell my Jetta back to VW, and this by far was the weirdest. More

We had a great experience with a manager named Jason who helped us and stuck to his word and treated with the up most respect after the manager below him ( Corey ) did not!!! Corey treated us like our money and time was not worth it to him, therefore we walked out ! If it wasn't for Tammy and Jason we would not have bought the car!!!! Tammy is the best salesperson you have there!!!!!! More

(We have purchased 14 vehicles in the last 18 years. I have bought from Craigslist; small dealers; friends; large chain dealers; and the guy down the street.) Mr. Stonestreet is the epitome of SUPERIOR customer service, ethics, and integrity that are unparalleled in this field! He went so far above and beyond my expectations. Since I was primarily an online shopper, shopping via the internet from 7 hours away, John proved himself extremely responsive, honest, very thorough, and sent me the extra pictures and details that I needed to make an informed decision. He is a God-fearing man who can be trusted and is not just trying to make a sale! I was also seriously considering a vehicle outside of this dealership and in my ignorance I overlooked some very important issues with that vehicle. Because of John’s vast knowledge, he gave me the education I needed to avoid that lemon. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will reach out specifically to John Stonestreet in my quest. I write very few reviews but he left a deep impression on me and after you request him, you will easily understand why. Awesome experience! I traded my 2006 Kia spectra for a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. I had no real hope that I would be able to trade my Kia with no down payment but Tammy(sales I traded my 2006 Kia spectra for a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. I had no real hope that I would be able to trade my Kia with no down payment but Tammy(sales) and Eric(finance) got it done. Both went above and beyond to make our car buying experience awesome. I will definitely be going back to see them when I'm ready for a new car again! Thank you Keffer Kia! More

Get a second opinion We had an appointment to get a recall done. We dropped the car off on a Sunday night. On Monday we were called to say they couldn't do the recall be We had an appointment to get a recall done. We dropped the car off on a Sunday night. On Monday we were called to say they couldn't do the recall because they didn't have the parts. They had given them away over the weekend to people who came in for oil changes. Not the recall, but they got the parts that should have gone to us. They didn't know when they would get the parts. We informed them that we would have to have a loaner car as we had made arrangements for the day that we were originally scheduled. They did eventually give us a loaner car and performed the recall. They told us that the car needed front and back brakes. We did not due the brakes then, but a couple of weeks later we got something in the mail reminding us we needed brakes. We took the car to another shop that does brake work and we were informed our brakes were just fine and did not need replacing at this point. Be careful when this dealership tells you that your car needs work. Get a second opinion. We won't be back More
