Because at the end of the day the price we came up with. I was not happy with the end guy. False promises The actual purchase was good. Salesman was good and finance guy was good. The General Sales Manager, refused to honor the online $500 off coupon. His The actual purchase was good. His response was to cancel the deal and return the car rather than honor the coupon that was presented before the sale. Now he refuses to honor a "We Owe" contract about a large scratch on the windshield directly in the driver's view that was noticed on the test drive, and was stated that he would take care of. The latest response we received was to claim the damage on our insurance, which would be insurance fraud. More

Purchase of 2nd vehicle I have purchased a few automobiles in my lifetime but after walking into Keffer Kia in Mooresville I felt like they truly understood what a buyer is l I have purchased a few automobiles in my lifetime but after walking into Keffer Kia in Mooresville I felt like they truly understood what a buyer is looking for. No one wants to be bullied in buying a vehicle. No one likes pushy salesmen. Well, neither of that happened at Keffer Kia. Spoke with a gentleman named Glen Hyman. We discussed what my wife and I were looking for and he took his time and we got what we were looking for. Thanks Glen. This is the 2nd vehicle my wife and I purchased from Glen and Kia. I totally recommend Keffer Kia to anyone looking for a great car and a great deal. They really work with you on price too. Just wish the whole process was a lot shorter but what can you do. More

Casey, the general manager, & Tammy worked quickly & efficiently to get us the best deal & xxxx it they did. They literally pulled off a miracle getting us approved for two new vehicles as our credit was just fair. We were nervous, as one car was for our 18 yr old daughter who was so excited. We didn’t want to disappoint her but both Casey & Tammy new that & never wavered in their ability to make it happen for us. We felt at ease, we were treated with the utmost respect, not just numbers on a report. They truly cared to make our experience positive & easy, when we knew we were asking for a lot. A big thank you to Michael in finance, he was easy to work with & didn’t try to sell you anything not needed & gave honest opinions about best options. By far the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. We will be customers for life for sure. I also did extensive research on cars before buying & I'm only sorry we didn’t find out about Kia sooner. They have the best amenities standard, like all the driver assist options, which is so important for any driver but there is no one out there that can beat their safety ratings or warranties.
