He evaluated the info and ensured us that this dealer ship could work with what were asking. he quickly got the care we wished to look at ready for a test drive while we gather some info such as pay stubs and my car title. then he passed the info up the chain and there was some down time while the finance guys worked some deals to hopefully convince us into buying today. over all I feel the experience was great. the only thing I feel could have made the purchase better would be less paper work and signature signing. Your team did a great job! Bravo Zulu! And I love the car! More

You didn't get a 5 because your salesman was by his own admission tired and was very short with me on several occasions...also tried to sell me everything on the lot accept what I wanted which was the sportage. The only other problem is The front end of sportage was sold to me out of alignment...a New vehicle shouldn't have that problem. Overall I love the vehicle and the dealership!!!!!
