2021 Genesis G80 purchase. Staff is not trained or knowledgeable about the luxury brand features nor were they knowledgeable about “add-on’s” when you get to the finance group. The only thing that saved the sale was Karie in finance. As soon as we left, it has been nothing but run-around for promised items ordered for the vehicle at the time of the sale. Two different managers and both have dropped the ball. No one will take ownership and finish the purchase. It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for answers and follow up. You will have to initiate all contact, don’t expect a proactive approach. I would not recommend this dealership for Genesis purchase /service. I will use another Genesis location for any future service. Genesis in general needs to have more stand alone locations if they expect to compete with the big Dogs. I had Audi care and it was flawless. This dealership is not in that category yet. Hoping they will take lessons learned and apply for future staff and customers of Genesis. More

I went the guy was very unprofessional.... I was highly disappointed . my appointment was for 945 didnt get checked in until 10:15 .... I came for 3 recalls he told me i scheduled myself for 1 but they will do 3... I said no i scheduled all 3. He argued with me about my car ... He said it was a sonata . i said no like 5 times. Then I came to pick my car up - he had someone go before me - idk if it was a discrimination issue or what ... What other reason could you tell someone behind me to come on ....... More
