Dealership is wonderful. The service department is beyond horrible. I call and leave messages and never get a return phone call. My car, a genesis showed , on the dashboard The service department is beyond horrible. I call and leave messages and never get a return phone call. My car, a genesis showed , on the dashboard, that I needed service. It took 6 weeks to book and appointment. Valet picked my car up at 8:00 and I had to call at almost 1:00 to find out what was happening. Was told that the person handling my car would return my message. That did not happen. I called 30 minutes later and was told it didn’t need any service and were checking a noise I thought I heard. There is no reason for this to happen. I previously owned a Hyundai and detested your service dept then. I thought owning a luxury genesis would make a difference. When the car dashboard says service is needed maybe someone should check this info instead of wasting my time. Valet driver, Angelo, is delightful. More

What started out as a lovely buying experiance was damaged due to this "dealership" and their lack of integrity and morals/values. They have also spoiled relationships with other businesses from the "dealerahip's" poor business practices. Again,,,,keep on driving and remain cautious whenever you see their name involved. Be blessed and enjoy your new car from anywhere else. More
