Trevor and Scott were such a breath of fresh air! My wife and I had been to several dealerships over the past few months and none of them treated us with the respect as Keffer did. Even in the crazy market we now live in, they were honest and upfront about all of the pricing. They worked for us and were fair. We went to several dealerships in Raleigh and locally. Some of them were charging thousands over MSRP and could they could care less about our business. We called Trevor and Scott and drove the 2 hours to work with them. They had all of the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. It was a super smooth process. Alex was very thorough in explaining all of our paperwork as well. Trevor even stayed late to make sure we knew how to use the car and that we were all set for our 2-hour drive back. We will be back to purchase another vehicle for them. I appreciate Keffer and everything their team does! More

I have been buying from and using the service from Keffer Hyundai since 2013. I have always been treated kindly and respectfully. The staff have always been very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to Hyundai since 2013. I have always been treated kindly and respectfully. The staff have always been very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and have it maintained. They have dealt fairly and honestly with me. My wife and I have purchased four vehicles from Keffer Hyundai and at this time plan to purchase another vehicle in a year or two. More
The service advisor was polite and courteous. However, when I scheduled my appointment online, it said my oil change would be $34.95. I asked for this to be brought to the attention of the service manager to see if they would honor the advertised price when I scheduled my appointment online. They did not. More
The service department delivers outstanding performance. When I purchased the car from Keffer back in August of 2019 the sales department could only be described as deplorable. The only employee outside of the service department that treated me well was Marcio Almeida. Everyone else didn't seem to care about their jobs. In fact if it wasn't for Marcio I was never going to buy another car from Keffer Hyundai. Is it possible the miserable employees in the sales department have turned over by now, One can only hope.
