This dealership is the absolute worst! I had a big issue with them a while back.....they had my Tucson for a month and 4 days. Had to do a recall on the engine. When they finally gave it b I had a big issue with them a while back.....they had my Tucson for a month and 4 days. Had to do a recall on the engine. When they finally gave it back to me the battery was bad and nobody informed me about it. They told me they would repay me the $180 AAA bill after they had my vehicle for over a xxxx month. What got me was they had to jump it off 10 times to just make sure it would stay on. They also drove around the dealership a few times to which is VERY SNEAKY! The service adviser walked out with me and touched the car to make sure it was on. I have a system as well and they messed up my amp that is under the driver's seat.If they were doing a recall on the ENGINE why was my amp messed with?! It blew and had to get another $500 amp. They said they would pick my car up....detail it....give me a full tank of gas and bring it back to me. Blah Blah Blah Basically every person at the dealership is full of crap! This happened around April 2021 and guess what I'm still waiting on that to happen .I am thankful that I didn't buy my Tucson from them. Went there today to drop my mother off and I was in nobodies way. Then an employee came out to tell me to move.If they were actually truthful with timing I would have been off the property immediately.There was nobody I mean NOBODY pulling in this crappy dealership. There is so much turnover in employees I will never know how they're still in business. Scammers, liars, worthless....I could go on but if you need your car serviced or anything i would go elsewhere! Keffer Hyundai Employees would you send your family on the road with a bad battery? No right? How about treating your customers with respect and treat them like human beings instead of dollar sign. After a long day he asked me to purchase a warranty. Reluctantly, I did. He even stated that he could discount it $500. After 30 years of finance, he suddenly didn’t know why the $500 wasn’t discounted on another system (not synced together). Typically, I would have caught it but it was a long day. Normally, I would have just given the sales guy a great score and called it a loss but the finance guy stated that he believes in karma. Therefore, I’m submitting this. He gained $500 but he lost you a sale because what he failed to realize is that I was shopping for 2 cars and I will purchase my son’s car somewhere else. Granted it’s only $28k but I’ll support a more honest dealership. More
