First time at the upgraded Keffer Genesis facility. Reps were on hand immediately and checking out and getting loaner went quickly and smoothly. This was the worst experience ever I was they work with all credit lie 1 then Kat(Katherine) who I never met told me they were specifically there to help me and that when I get there let someone know that all credit lie 1 then Kat(Katherine) who I never met told me they were specifically there to help me and that when I get there let someone know that I was looking for her lie 2 then they my ran my credit mind you they make money off the credit report no matter what the outcome is just to tell you they can’t help you that’s mad crazy. However, I was very disappointed with the service I received. I previously had my car in for service back in May & June 2025 for service (engine and transmission which was under warranty). At that time they suggested I replace the hoses which I did. I do not understand at all why they did not replace the coolant hoses along with the other ones back in May/June so instead I have paid a lot of extra money on labor that could have been avoided. Overall I was very satisfied but did not appreciate the unfriendly greeting from a clerk inquiring if I had an appointment which I did. I waited about 5 mins for a receptionist to check me in. I appreciat unfriendly greeting from a clerk inquiring if I had an appointment which I did. I waited about 5 mins for a receptionist to check me in. I appreciated that I was offered to have the annual car inspection completed along with regular maintenance. Being new to NC this alleviated having to do this in February 2026. I’ll be going back to this dealership in the future. More
