For three years I have used this dealership because of warranty work. It has been the most frustrating three years I could imagine. My latest experience is so typical of the history of poor service. A part was ordered six months ago and I have called almost monthly to see if it had arrived. Yesterday my car was taken in for the part to be installed. I received a call saying the part would have to be ordered again because it was returned due to it sitting in parts department for two months and not being installed. I never received a call and it supposedly was never in stock when I called to check on it. When I asked for an explanation no one would own up to dropping the ball. More

I had service completed on my Hyundai Palisade today and couldn't be happier. Sales people were helpful and did a good job of covering for each other when someone was not available. The car I wanted was ready to be shipped from the factory and I was able to place my order and put do for each other when someone was not available. Car came in faster than promised and I believe I picked it up the day after it came off the truck. Lowest mileage of any new car I have ever bought (12 miles). Price paid was same as price originally quoted (car was bought during pandemic shortage so I didn't even try to negotiate since price was competitive with quotes from other dealers). What really impressed me was that this is the first dealership that I have bought a car from where the finance guy did not try to get me to finance the car when I wanted to pay cash. Furthermore, while he did try to sell me an extended warranty he backed off when I said I wasn't interested. More

The sales rep then told me he was working on the title paperwork. Then the morning of 1/13, we were informed the car had been sold. WHAT? Then proceeded to tell us if we find another vehicle to let him know. That will be a huge no thank you. How can they even be trusted? More
