I took my vehicle in to be serviced. The advisor, Latascha Lacey was outstanding! 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change is unacceptable. And the site for making service appointments does not work very well. A recall service was made, but the car was returned to me after another problem, caused by the first repair, had arisen, before I could even drive the car off the lot. I brought the car back to the shop, and after another problem, caused by the first repair, had arisen, before I could even drive the car off the lot. I brought the car back to the shop, and was offered a “free loaner,“ but when I got to the enterprise office, I had to pay my own insurance. A free car should be totally free. They eventually ironed out the problem, but it took a few hours & several phone calls. During the entire frustrating process, Service Adviser Violet try to be as helpful as she could. More
