I have had the pleasure of dealing with Keffer Hyundai in the past. The first time I purchased a used vehicle knowing that I would return for my "dream car" - 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I returned to Keffer the past. The first time I purchased a used vehicle knowing that I would return for my "dream car" - 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I returned to Keffer on October 28, 2010 to purchase my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. From the time I entered the Dealership until the deal was final, I was treated with the up most respect from all involved. I have dealt with Rick Spicer on both of my cars and I cannot say enough about him. From his professionalism to his true interest in finding his customers the car they really want, he always works to make his customers very happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car for I know you will find the same things I found in him. This dealership brings a whole new meaning to "Customer Service" for not only do they work with you during the sale of the car but they stay in touch with your throughout the time you have the car. Take my word for it, you will not be disappointed with your experience at Keffer Hyundai! More
My sales person was Ken Holt. I went Labor Day to get a look at the new Sonata and possibly do a test drive. I met Ken when I parked in the area for their used cars. I must say that I have never met a more pleasant and friendly sales person in my life. There was no pressure or intimidation. Ken made sure to continually let me know that he was there for me and whatever I wanted or needed he would try to get. This was the total opposite treatment I got 2 years ago when I got my first Sonata which is why it wasn't purchased at Keffer. Ken has insured repeat business from me in the future. More

I will admit I had know knowledge about the Hyundai Sonatas except for the commericals on television. Davian Robinson was very courteous and patient. He allowed me to walk around the car lot without feeling pressured about selecting a car. At the end of the day, I purcashed a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The price was very affordable and diffiently meet my expectation. I look forward to upgrading to the HYUNDAI GENSIS soon. Keep Up the Good Work. More

We bought a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe back about 10 months ago from this dealership and received the best experience. I negotiated the sale for my husband over the internet with Seth and he was great to work ago from this dealership and received the best experience. Trust me I did my research and I know what a good deal is. My husband saw the new 2010 Tuscon and without hesitation I called Seth and we negotiated it all over the phone in 2 hours. My husband went to the dealership for him to drive the car and the deal was done. I came down with the check and we were out of there in no time and I can not begin to tell you how much I respect this dealership. They are professional, honest and Seth is a first class sales person. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Trust me, do not waste your time looking at other deals because Keffer will give you the bestdeal. They also care after the sale which is rare to find. If you have a problem they will make it right and I know during our time with the Santa Fe I had to call Seth once on something and he was on top of it. Keffer Hyundai is number one in our book! More
Our overall experience was great, with one exception, we were told that the dealership would be contacting our insurance company to provide them with the car information (vin #, etc) and that did not happen were told that the dealership would be contacting our insurance company to provide them with the car information (vin #, etc) and that did not happen. Went in on 2/18/2010 to have my xm radio reactivated during trial period. For some reason it just shut down. Well thank God I had the Service Advisor I had because it took him over 50 minutes and two di during trial period. For some reason it just shut down. Well thank God I had the Service Advisor I had because it took him over 50 minutes and two disconnects before he finally got my reactivation done. He did a great job for me especially with his patience and professionalism in the way he handled a precarious situation. The real problem that existed is the way the xm team he spoke to were so unorganized. If they expect people to subscribe tothe radio they had better get organized with there different departments. This effort should have taken no more then 5-10 minutes not 50 plus. Again I am thankful for Vinces help in getting my xm radio activated again. More
