Keffer Hyundai

My husband and I came back in to Keffer Hyundai in May to trade in our 2007 Sonata for a 2011. We used the same saleman (Niles Bunting) who sold us our 2007. As in the first encounter with Niles, he was more than will to help find us the car we wanted with the feature we were looking for. We trusted him so much that we had my mother in-law come to him for a new used car and she drove home in on the same day we brought her in. We also just had Niles look for a used truck for my husband. I give him the information on what we were looking for. Again, Niles went to work locating a truck that was just right, and we brought it. We would refer anyone looking for a new or used car to come in and see him. Car dealership need more saleman like Niles. More

Sales was great and the price was great. After sales sucked big time! Scott the sales guy was great but after I bought the car he was impossible to get hold of and rarely returned my calls. Keffer had my windows tinted for me and used a company that had to re-do them twice - the tinting was terrible! DO NOT let Keffer offer to tint your windows as the company they use is terrible. Don't plan on having any issues with the car after you've bought it either as they suck at customer service. More

I live in Florence, SC and they sent the vehicle I was interested in to my house to pick me up so I could see it and I test drove it back to Charlotte to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service thanks to everything Niles did to accommodate me. I know exactly who I will use and recommend next time I or someone I know is looking for a car. i was having a problem with the bluetooth on my new elantra. i called the service dept. and spoke with vince deloreto, my service advisor. he was able to make an appointment for me the next day at my c elantra. i called the service dept. and spoke with vince deloreto, my service advisor. he was able to make an appointment for me the next day at my convenience. vince told me tat the appointment would take about 60 to 90 minutes. in about 45 minutes my car was ready. vince then took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what to do to not have the problem reoccur. vince and the rest of the service team at keffer are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. i will not have a problem returning there for all my service needs. barry More
