Keffer Hyundai deserves all 5's in my rating! I have been a customer there since 2003 and wouldn't dream of buying from anyone else. Whenever I need anything from an oil change to a new purchase I have alway a customer there since 2003 and wouldn't dream of buying from anyone else. Whenever I need anything from an oil change to a new purchase I have always been treated so special. It may be silly, but when I am there for any reason, I feel like I've come "home". The employees I've mentioned and several more all have the warmest personalities. The team atmosphere and Customer Care skills they exude reflect a well run business. I have had very few service needs that weren't readily resolved by a well trained Service dept. Last week when I went in for an oil change, I was pleased that I was offered 3 levels of price that were well explained and the choice was mine to make. As far as price, I have never had a vehicle, prior to owning a Hyundai that had so many extra features that are included in the very affordable Keffer Hyundai price. The dealership also has a comfortable waiting area that is designed to meet the needs of all customers. To sum it up, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants "more". We had put out requests to several dealerships in the area & Keffer was the only dealership we dealt with that provided the information we requested on the first request and by email as requested. The rest of the dealerships called several times within a few hours & harassed us instead of helped us. Both Michelle & Scott called when necessary during the process and were very professional & helpful. Also the price for the new vehicle & our trade in were great as well.
