Discussed what I was looking for on a Friday afternoon, found vehicle Friday evening, disc and Chip made buying a 2013 Santa Fe SUV on line painless. I went to 4 different dealerships, unfortunately the first 3 lived up to the stereo typical car dealership. Then I went to Keffer Hyundai. I was met at the door by Helio, who is not your typical salesman. Helio was very pleasant, answered all of my questions TRUTHFULLY, and actually cared about what my needs were. Once I told Helio which car I wanted and what I had been told I could purchase the car for he went to work for me. Can you imagine my surprise when he took me to speak to the finance manager, Kevin Martin, and not only did they meet my previous deal but beat it by decreasing my finance rate 2% and giving me $250 more for my trade in. After the deal was made they actually take the time to offer any additional items for your vehicle so that you can include it on the amount financed rather than signing on the bottom line and paying out of pocket for the extras (ie spoiler, window tint, etc.). Last but not least, they have a charming young man that will teach you how to use all of the new "gadgets" on your vehicle. Needless to say, my experience at Keffer was one that I still talk about and highly recommend. So if you are thinking of buying a Hyundai go to Keffer, you will not be disappointed! More
I just went to check the new cars on the market and left with a new car after only two hours! Keffer was the first car dealer I visited because a friend who bought a couple of vehicles there recommended it with a new car after only two hours! Edoardo Prego was the sale rep and he was very knowledgeable and friendly: he answered all my questions, cleared my doubts and made me confortable about my decision without being pushy. The process was fast and very efficient with all that paperwork: first with Edoardo and then with the accounting guy. I drove away with a brand new car after only two hours: I love my Hunday car and the Hunday people! More

This was the best car experience/purchase I ever had. I came from out of state, drove over 11 hours to purchase this car. Crystal was really wonderful. Well i have purchased three cars from Keffer Hyundai since November 2010 I bought a 2011 Geneis Coupe,2010 Elantra for my Daughter and just last week ago purchased a 2013 Sonata limited 2.0T for myself since November 2010 I bought a 2011 Geneis Coupe,2010 Elantra for my Daughter and just last week ago purchased a 2013 Sonata limited 2.0T for myself the process was great everytime or i wouldn't have gone back i would highly recommend them to my friends and family...The service department there is great..I would like to thank all who were involed in all my deals with Keffer,Many Thanks to Jeff Goodwin,Scott Crambett,JB Beckley,Kevin Martin & Bobby (the Blue Link man)....... Original deal was not honored; headlight did not work, and an employee told us to buy a light, install it and bring the receipt to Keffer. We had a very good experience at Keffer Dodge; however, Keffer and an employee told us to buy a light, install it and bring the receipt to Keffer. We had a very good experience at Keffer Dodge; however, Keffer Hyundai was far below acceptable. We made a deal with a manager (Vito) for a certain out the door price, plus an iPod dock. The next day, when we returned, with a check in hand, to purchase the vehicle, after a lengthy delay, the senior manager (JB) came out and told us he could not honor the deal made by his junior manager (Vito), and we would not get an iPod dock. He (JB) explained that Vito was not there, but that the dealership could not and would not honor that deal, and that he had spent $500 extra on checking the vehicle. I expressed my displeasure, and stated that we made a deal with a manager at Keffer. JB explained that we would not be getting our iPod dock. The money involved was quite low - $100 or so, but Keffer was firm, despite the deal we made. The old bait and switch, just before deal closing. This, however, was not even the worst part. I went to drive the vehicle home, and immediately noticed the front headlight was not working. I returned to the dealership, and stated that my brand new vehicle, purchased five minutes prior, had an inoperable headlight. A Keffer rep checked the service department, and found it closed. His advice was to go to Advance Auto Parts and buy a headlight, install it and bring the receipt to the dealership, or just drive it home and bring it back two days later when the service department was open. After a few minutes, while I was outside deciding which of those options to choose, another rep came out, apologized and eventually I was able to get a loaner vehicle while the light was repaired. However, the fact that a Keffer employee would think it was acceptable to tell a customer, who bought a car ten minutes prior, to go purchase a headlight and install it, is indicative of the overall ethos we found in most employees at Keffer Hyundai - say whatever is needed, without regard to customer service. We had an incredible car buying experience at Keffer, and more specifically with Scott Cramblitt. Scott spent about 2 hours with me on my first visit when I told him I wasn't ready to buy, but just wanted to more specifically with Scott Cramblitt. Scott spent about 2 hours with me on my first visit when I told him I wasn't ready to buy, but just wanted to start looking. We drove two different vehicles and his knowledge of Hyundais is unrivaled. He answered every question immediately and never had to find out an answer for us (unlike other dealerships we visited). We eventually returned to Scott and purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Tucson. I feel like he really worked with us to get the price down to what we could afford. At no point in the process were high pressure sales tactics used. Everyone that we came in contact with at Keffer was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely return to Keffer for our next Hyundai purchase. More
