The market has a fairly large supply of Equus, which is the model car that I ended up purchasing. I looked nationwide at all the different Equus on the market, and worked with many different dealers. Of the model car that I ended up purchasing. I looked nationwide at all the different Equus on the market, and worked with many different dealers. Of the many dealers and salespersons I worked with, without question Jeff Goodwin was the most professional and easiest to work with. Some of the other dealers and salespersons were pretty much abusive and behaved like a typical "used car salesperson" with whopper pitches and questionable pressure and tactics to force the sale. Although I know Jeff needed to make a profit, Jeff was more like a partner during the entire sale (including the questions I asked, negotiating the price, and delivery) as opposed to a person who was only in the deal for a profit. I'm very satisfied with Jeff and his work, and will absolutely look to do work with him again in the future. More
My overall experience with Kayla, Mr. Lincoln and Mr. Baker was that they were very professional. They all were very knowledgeable of the car. The only thing that bothers me is that I made an agreement o Baker was that they were very professional. They all were very knowledgeable of the car. The only thing that bothers me is that I made an agreement on the price and in closing I noticed that somehow it got changed. Mr. Baker said that the $500.00 difference was reflected in the trade in. The trade in agreement had already been established. I was wanting to get finishes and did not look over thing that was written down. It was my fault for not going back to square one. More
Bob Ernsberger was very friendly, pleasant and personable throughout my car buying experience. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was able to find it immediately. My exp throughout my car buying experience. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was able to find it immediately. My experience was unlike other dealers where I have been left waiting for long periods of time without a reasonable explanation. He treated me as a valued client and worked within my parameters to help me purchase a car with my most important needs and within my financial budget. He also is the the only sales representative that has ever patiently explained the accessories of the car I purchased. I will recommend Bob and your dealership in the future. More
Bob Ernsberger was very helpful throughout the sale and helped me with my trade. The salesman, Kenny Walker, was wonderful. He was very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He definitely made the experience not feel intimidating and he genuinely seemed concerned with making su friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He definitely made the experience not feel intimidating and he genuinely seemed concerned with making sure my experience at Keffer was as enjoyable as it could be. He also went out of his way to make sure any question I had was answered. The negative part of my experience came from talking to financier after the deal was made. Even though it was later in the evening when the dealership wasn't very busy, it took way too long to see a financier and solidify the deal. Then when we got into the room they were still printing out things as we did them. I honestly cannot remember the financiers name, but his signature is all over my paperwork if need be. The financier was very friendly, and he was sincerely doing his best to make things go as smoothly as possible. However, that being said, he clearly had too MUCH pressure on him to make me finance the car over a long period of time, and to make me buy a warranty deal with the dealership. I get it, dealerships want to make money, but I have no doubt this guy was ring pushed way too hard by corporate to make an additional deal. He used a rather GRAPHIC scenario to try to scare me into buying the warranty, and that was seriously not appreciated. Once again though, I do not feel this was within his inherent character. He seemed to be really nice and attempting to do his best, but he had way too much higher influence on him. Overall it wasn't a bad experience at Keffer, I would even call it good/great! I just don't think I should have been held waiting as long as I was, and I think the finance department really needs to examine their selling strategies or fix their high pressure system. More
