We went to the Keffer Dealership to see and drive a hybrid car that we had previously gotten a quote on line for. We thought the price was good and we were met at the front by a man that I husband had hybrid car that we had previously gotten a quote on line for. We thought the price was good and we were met at the front by a man that I husband had previously bought cars from at Arnold Palmer's. They exchanged ole times and he brought the car around for us to drive. The exchange with the guys while purchasing the car was most pleasant. The drive was a bit trying due to the traffic on Independence but thankfully we had the patience to deal with the traffic. We bought the car and are very pleased with it at this time. More

On the day of our visit we met with Mr.Brown for the first time. James found the car that met our wishes. James detailed and explained all the equipment and how they worked.(outstanding knowledge of Product). We also met with JB Beckley ,Steve Shenk,and Peggy Iverson. Had my car towed in as I had lost the key to my 2011 Genesis that I truly loved. Had the choice to purchase a new 2013 Genesis or pay for a key and my lease was due in 5 months. James Brown met with me and worked a deal I could not refuse. So I lost my key and drove out with a new 2013 Genesis. I drove two hours to do business with Keffer Hyundai, and I'd do it again. They found the car I wanted and alerted me via email. Helio Gusmao is tops when it comes to customer service and just being an all around good dude! He treated me fairly and with great respect. The whole staff at Keffer Hyundai was great but they have a winner in Helio! He went above and beyond when it came to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The GMC I purchased broke down less than 36 hours after purchase. I live 20 minutes north of Asheville and drove over 2 hours to purchase this truck. When I contacted Helio and advised that the water pump had went out on the truck he apologized and took it upon his self to speak with the Manager, without me asking. Keffer Hyundai wrote me a check that covered the costs of the part and the labor to have it replaced. Now this truck was sold "as is" but they still covered it!! In today's time this is extremely rare. What a great group of "stand up people" they have at Keffer Hyundai, I would highly recommend giving them a look when you are seeking your next vehicle. I know that our next purchase will be with Keffer Hyundai and the salesman will be Helio!! More
I always get the feeling that the sevice department is very concerned about you getting the best service. I never bad a problem with service I received, and if I did I am positve they would do whateve very concerned about you getting the best service.
