Upon doing the final paperwork with finance office it was discove We agreed on total price with salesman and reviewed and approved by his supervisor. Upon doing the final paperwork with finance office it was discovered they had made a $1000 addition error in dealerships favor. Left us with a bad taste for this dealership. So watch out and check their numbers. More
Extremely impressed I have to say when it comes to the car buying experience I am extremely cynical but I had a very atypical vehicle buying experience this time around. Everyone I dealt with at Keiffer was super nice (but not in the usual fake car dealer way) and it was a very quick and painless experience. No high pressure sales, no making me wait forever until I succomb to some substandard deal, it was very straight forward. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a car WITHOUT the extra drama that usually comes along with the dealership visit. More

Service Area don't take your car here for service! I waited a week for them to fix my car. A week after getting the car, the issue is still there. called the se don't take your car here for service! I don't know if the mechanics are qualified to work on cars. the only upside is they gave me a decent loaner. will never use this dealership again for sure. More
