I told him i had a time limit to work within and he made sure to answer all question and concerns i had about leasing a vehicle for the first time. After test driving a car and discussing price, it was a breeze from there. I came back 2 days later, at my convenience, and drove my brand new car off the lot. Leasing a car can be nerve racking for anyone but Keffer Hyundai made it easy and fun! I will be referring family and friends in hopes they have the same experience. Thank you to all who made it happen because i am loving my new Sonata! More

The salesman sat in the back during the test drive as I had a friend with but did not educate me on any features the vehicle had, or any warranties, etc. He only answered questions after we asked them and only initiated conversation when telling me where to turn next (I suppose coming in excited gave them the assumption I was going to purchase anyway). This past visit I asked for prices on three different sonata’s so that I could compare the three and make my decision. Weirdly enough, the only price that was looked up, was the most expensive of the three; who knew. I waited thinking that was just the one that was looked up first but the other two were never looked up? I even got a smirk remark of "Well, if you can't afford it, you can't afford it." At this point, I was done. I asked for three different car's prices to see which I could afford without digging myself into a debt whole; not to be insulted that a full-time college student doesn't make enough to pay for a $300/month car payment, insurance, gas, and other things such as rent and food. At this point, I was so insulted that I was smirked at, as opposed to given options to determine what I could afford, since they didn't know. I didn’t bother asking because I shouldn’t have to ask twice if you’re trying to make a sale; I do not have to only do business with one dealership, there are others out there. I was a little bothered because I felt, and truly believe, that commission is the only focus. Salesman even admitted that this location got more traffic then the old, so, their intentions were purely on commission. If I were to rate this dealership after that visit, it would probably have gotten a 3....after visiting Bob Mayberry however, that rating dropped. Why? Because I now had something to compare it too, and the differences were so far apart they are bi-polar. I test drove at BobMayberry Hyundai, just to try it out after being recommended by a family member to at least give them a try. I will have to be honest, the customer service was divine. I am from the South, so I guess that "Southern" Hospitality is a requirement to me because it truly is friendly, excited, and helpful customer service. It should be the standard hospitality across America. Before I even got in the car the rep took me around and showed me every little detail and feature of the car; even down to explaining the difference in headlights, seats, engine, body build, etc from the previous year’s model. This is what I wanted, and I got it without even asking. Whether I knew about the car or not, he showed me just to make sure. I learned so much information about the Sonata and features that I never even knew it had. I was shown various styles and given various prices from what I asked for and honestly, their customer service sold me before we even talked price. During the test drove I was even asked if the car I was testing satisfied what I was looking for. By them showing me that they were willing to show me a lesser expensive Sonata because I asked to see it, as opposed to only focusing on the most expensive one for commission, was the key to my sale. I felt very comfortable with them and felt like a guest, not a money-making client. If Bob Mayberry hadn't done such a good job to earn my trust, (not just by business), I can't guarantee I would have not regretted buying a car here. Especially if I visited the dealership after here, that regret would have been huge. I also replied to an Internet Manager on my experience and how everything went and why I would not be returning in hopes they could have a meeting and fix things for future customers. Nope, no reply from the manager, apologies, noething; just more bombarding emails with pricing... figures. I don't expect anything from this company, or any company for that matter. I hate writing terrible reviews, but I also hate being quiet on a matter that should be brought to attention. I sent an email, but with no reply the only way left is a review. "If it ain't broke don't fix it"...Therefore, 'If it's broke, it needs fixing.' More
Good Car Really like the Genesis. The dealership did a good job of getting me through the lease process. No complaints. Plenty of inventory and good staff. Really like the Genesis. Trading a Lease to Buy Our family has purchased/leased 12 cars from Keffer and referred a neighbor who purchased. I thought my "incentive" was a little low based on that loyalty. We were told it was a good time to turn in my lease car, but then had a $4000 negative equity. I assume that is one of the downfalls of leasing. Keffer did go to great lengths to find and deliver the car I wanted. As noted above, I would return to Keffer and continue to recommend Keffer. We have always been very happy with the cars and continuing service after purchase/lease. More
