I am happy to report a positive review of this dealership for the first time in years. I had an appointment and was going to wait for the repair. However, the rep advised it would be 2 hrs so she graciousl for the first time in years. I had an appointment and was going to wait for the repair. However, the rep advised it would be 2 hrs so she graciously provided a Lyft ride. When I returned to get my car it was ready and a gentleman went to retrieve it immediately. My time is very important to me. I really appreciate the changes that obviously have been made to the management of this dealership. More

UPDATE: ***FRAUD ALERT*** 1. Turns out Keffer Hyundai misrepresented our “new” vehicle. We were fraudulently sold a “new” vehicle that was actually registered to the dealership a Turns out Keffer Hyundai misrepresented our “new” vehicle. We were fraudulently sold a “new” vehicle that was actually registered to the dealership as a loaner vehicle. We are in fact the second owners of the vehicle. 2. New vehicle maintenance warranty is now invalid as we are the second owner. 3. We were sold “extended” maintenance warranty which does not cover the vast majority of maintenance that is included with a new vehicle. 4. The General Manager has failed to return our multiple calls. Next step attorneys, Hyundai USA, BBB and extensive social media reviews. 5. Special thanks to Gastonia Hyundai for alerting us to this fraudulent activity. DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership. We were lied to to get in the door (which apparently is a known issue according to the sales person Jennifer) and it hasn’t stopped there. Our new vehicle was due to be delivered on Friday last week. They understood the urgency to us at the time of purchase. We were assured that it was coming on one of two trucks that were to be delivered on Wed or Thursday last week. It’s now Tuesday, the money has been in their account since Friday and now they can’t tell us where the car is or when it will be delivered. I reached out to the sales GM Brett on Friday. He made all the excuses in the world and promised to phone me back on Friday. Still haven’t heard anything from him. I have reached out to Andrew on the finance side and heard nothing. I have requested info for their legal team and again, heard nothing. This sale was egregiously misrepresented. More
Not professional, scheduled recall. Same day told completed. Had to leave car because they did not have a lug stud that they over torque to failure. Took them 8 days to fix. At pick up told recall not fixed, did not have part, which we were scheduled for and then had an additional 8 days to get. Finally, oil change was free, but at pick wanted to charge e $132 for it. After another hour finally told me they covered it. Issue, tell you one thing , delivery another. They sell you as a Mercedes experience for a Genesis, but deliver used car lot experience. While waiting I also hear more than I wanted from others having similar experiences. Finally, they can’t answer a phone or return text even though they are texting you. Would not buy again from this dealership just because of the service department. Hope you have better experience. More
My oil change service appointment this morning was completely in a timely manner. I had a 7:30 a.m. appt to change my oil, air and cabin filters. RUN. Horrible experience. We purchased this vehicle out of state during covid. We were lied to about the vehicle being "new" and didn't find out until the Horrible experience. We purchased this vehicle out of state during covid. We were lied to about the vehicle being "new" and didn't find out until they already had our money and the process had gone on for approx a month that the car was damaged and had been repaired. Since this was during covid and vehicles were scarce, we took the car as is as we were assured it was covered bumper to bumper. The car arrived 3 weeks later at 9:30 pm at night on a Sunday from a Russian that couldn't speak English. Six months later the paint started bubbling and pealing where the repair was made. Turns out that the back end had so much BONDO on it that the paint didn't adhere properly. When we notified the dealership, they said it was a third party that did the repair work and wiped their hands of it. CROOKS. More
