He greeted us at the door served my husband and I a beverage and listened carefully to what my specifications were as far as what type of used car I was looking for. he went above and beyond with communication and making sure the car was ready and presentable filling up the tank and getting the car detailed. I've gotten many compliments for my Accent SE and tell everyone Jimmy Knox is the man to see if your looking for great customer service. Derrick the Manager was personable energetic and also very friendly. Dion Ford the financial manager was not pushy at all very knowledgeable about the extra options. Cons: The buying process was a bit long but because it was a holiday it was expected the place was busy. Not crazy about the high Admin fee of 699. Hopefully that's something that can change in the future. Pros: Their promotions are great no fine print and no hassle redeeming them. I would deal with Jimmy again. Will add my same review to other places. I think everyone should know how good Jimmy Knox is:-) More

Each time I was impressed by the non-pushy sales staff, the large available inventory of vehicles and the speed in conducting the transaction. This time around I especially enjoyed how quickly and willingly the sales staff and service department accommodated my additional requests. I've visited and purchased from other dealers in the past and frequently felt disrespected or unnecessarily made to wait. That is not the case here. I only hope that Hyundai keeps making great cars and staying ahead of the competition so that my next purchase can be at Keffer Hyundai. More
