Leasing experience Shelene Al Brahim was the sales associate with whom I worked. She answered all my questions and did a very nice job of showing me the features of the Shelene Al Brahim was the sales associate with whom I worked. She answered all my questions and did a very nice job of showing me the features of the car. She offered me water, which I declined, but did give me ice for the beverage I had brought with me. Marcus , in finance, explained all the financial terms of my lease. Derrick, one of the managers, explained the various lease options. Overall, this was an easy and enjoyable transaction. I really like my new Elantra! More

Great until the paperwork became a mess and multiple trips Not very good. Hash my salesperson was perfect. The sales manager at the time I had no complaints. However things got a bit messy on the paperwork side. I understand this was Lee's first sale as financing but maybe the dealership should have prepared him better. I bought the car later in the evening. I was asked to bring the title to my trade in which was in both my wife's name and mine. Also my dd214 for my military service and copy of my registration for the other Hyundai I own to be eligible for the rebates. I called if we both needed to be there since the trade in was in both names and was told no. I brought all this in on my lunch break. I work in Charlotte but live in the Lake Norman area. Turns out I had to have her sign power of attorneys. So I took the paperwork back and had her sign. When I was negotiating the sales manager mentioned capital one as the finance company. I noticed later my paperwork said hyundai. It got odd when Capitol one called me asking for copies of my paycheck. I explained to them I thought it was done through Hyundai but asked what they had as my interest rate. What they told me was 1% lower than what my deal was set up as. Of course I enquired with Lee and it turns out it should have been with Capitol One. So another trip to the dealer was needed to correct this and I also found out at this time an additional power of attorney needed to be signed by my wife. I would have had to come back regardless. I find this out as I'm almost home after work. I tell Lee I'm on my way and he tells me it will take three minutes he has everything printed and just needs to be signed. I pick up my wife and son and make the long drive. I'm slightly frustrated at this point but still satisfied. When I get there a gentleman tells Lee I am there and he said one minute. No customers in his office. I loose my patience when he then calls in a new deal into do their paperwork. Keep in mind I was only to be there for 3 minutes. I expressed my frustration to what looked like a manager of sorts. He does an ok job of stalling but it was apparent this is what he was doing. The customer leaves Lee's office and I go in to sign the already printed paperwork. Only it was printed and had to wait for that whole process. Needless to say I was there much longer than intended later in the evening with my family who has yet had a chance to eat dinner. I was insulted by bringing a new customer in when he knew I was there and spoke to him on the phone prior and he didn't have the paperwork ready like he said. He also told me on the phone he would get me a tank of gas which he did but only because I was persistent. Otherwise Lee was very nice but it seemed he was prepared and was the only one in financing there at the time. To me the dealership created a poor situation for him and myself. At this point I wish I would have went to a dealership closer to my house. I won't be making the drive to your location for a car purchase going forward. More

The Dealership is as Good as Its Employees Carlos Zarama breaks the stereotypical mold of car salesman. He is neither "slick" nor overbearing. Instead, he is soft-spoken, knowledgeable, and interested in making his customers happy. He gave us the information needed, provided a perfect test-drive in a vehicle close in every detail except color that we were considering, and allowed us the time we needed to consider our options. Once we had decided (several days later), he was ready to work with us and provide us with the exact vehicle we wanted. Dion, who handled the finance papers, was pleasany and upbeat. He made the potentially agonizing time of signing lots and lots of papers almost painless. These two gentlemen made the leasing of our first Hyundai a very pleasant experience.
