He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me any and every car that could fit my need. Eventually he helped narrow it down to the vehicle that would best suit my needs and worked very hard to get me the BEST deal. I couldn't be happier! Finance was quick and smooth and HASH even called me today to check up on me and the car. Great customer service and HASH is an awesome salesman who knows his products! Highly recommend him!! More

When we walked in the door Eddie had done his homework: pulled our finance information on the 2012 Sonata we wanted to trade and had surveyed the car lot for all Santa Fe's that met out wants/needs. During the "negotiations" Eddie and Sales Manager Bobby Arshad took their time to explain our options and really took the time to understand our comfort level as it came to monthly payments. Pleasant buying experience I was pleased that the level of attention that I got with even fringe reps was very good. Theron sold me on the car but Marcus stepped forward when it I was pleased that the level of attention that I got with even fringe reps was very good. Theron sold me on the car but Marcus stepped forward when it came to final cost and that closed the deal. The housekeeping staff needs better management oversight. When you are sitting on the toilet and there is no paper in your stall or the other, this could have been the start of a bad day. More

I’ve been to a few dealerships within my area and I didn’t really get 1 Customer service is an essential factor when finding a dealership in my book. I’ve been to a few dealerships within my area and I didn’t really get 100%, except when I walked into KEFFER HYUNDAI . I was greeted immediately and introduced to a salesman. Carlos had walked me around the showroom asking questions, getting to know me, just being really personable. No rushing or pushy feeling you might usually get at a busy dealership. I knew what I wanted, so I was flat out with him. Carlos took the time to listen to me and was flat out with me as well. I was a great feeling to have such great service from busy sales people. Keffer Hyundai I went to the dealership today and this comment is based on my experience with this company since i got my car there. I went to the dealership today f I went to the dealership today and this comment is based on my experience with this company since i got my car there. I went to the dealership today for a question that i had about some insurance. I was talked over by the managers and when i spoke up and told them i wanted to finish my sentence and speak the owner TOLD ME TO KICK ROCKS. I was surprised and said "Wow that's bad customer service". He then proceeded to say i was being mean to him so he was not going to take that from me and hes not here for customer service, hes here for cars. I was so surprised that the owner of the company would say that and showed me where the real focus is. Do not go do this dealership they treat you as a number and do not care once the check clears. I just wanted to have a question answered and now i really loathe going to this dealership and am terribly upset that they got my money. I was sold a car that had a power lock problem that the dealership didn't want to cover. There are WAY better dealerships then this one that only focuses on volume. When dealerships focus on volume to them you are nothing more than a number. I saw a number of people who recently purchased cars that had problems with them as well. In my opinion i dont think they really check the cars as they claim to. That's why their service department is always busy. I met a lady that had the car for four days that also had problems with her power locks...on a 2015 car....tell me someone checked that!!!!!. Speaking of the service department when i finally got the power locks fixed the technician put my window on crooked and they didn't even give me a receipt the first time. After going back to the dealership and showing them the problem the technician said "Sorry Bruh", and the parts manager gave me a free car wash coupon that i got from the secretary in parts that did not greet me or seem enthused. Everyone will be all happy when they want you to sign the papers to get the car and after the ink is dried they will change. I know this is a lengthy review but i had to let people know that this dealership sold me a car with problems, and the owner of the car dealership told me to kick rocks and that he didn't care. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ANOTHER NUMBER IN THE SALES RACE. More
