Awesome Experience!!!!!! I went into Keffer-Hyundai for some service work done to my vehicle, and while I was waiting I decided to just took a look at some cars, I knew I want I went into Keffer-Hyundai for some service work done to my vehicle, and while I was waiting I decided to just took a look at some cars, I knew I wanted a new car within the next month or two but to my surprise Christmas came early to me lol lol, I got my car and wow words can't describe how nice the staff was in helping me make this decision and guided me threw the whole process. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle. We had been looking for a new vehicle for about 3-4 months and interacted with (what seemed like) every dealer in the area. Most of the dealerships we spoke with were unwilling to commit to anything through email and spoke in very vague terms just to try and get you in the door. That WAS NOT the case with Keffer! I exchanged emails with a few folks there and let them know the exact vehicle we were looking for. We were able to find the EXACT vehicle we wanted, discuss pricing in clear, easy to follow terms, and come to a tentative agreement before even going in to the dealership. Once we got there, we were greeted by Helio who was extremely helpful fully prepared to continue the conversation where it left off. We had a very direct conversation on pricing and purchased the car within about a half hour. No surprise upsells, no confusing fees, no "let me go check with my manager". Very low pressure, consultative salesperson. Just a pleasure to deal with. After that we worked with Marcus in finance who was extremely respectful of our time and very helpful when it came to discussing, and showing us, all potential financing options available. In and out with our brand new vehicle in no time. Thanks Keffer for helping to change my impression of car dealerships! More

Jimmy Knox who sold us our vehicle, Scott who helped us reach a mutually acceptable sales price, and Taiwan who assisted us in partially financing our purchase were all very gracious and extremely professional. We felt very comfortable dealing with them. Finally, Tony (parts) assisted us quickly and pleasantly in our purchase of a last minute add on that we decided we needed.
