The service center is severely understaffed. I took my car in for my first routine maintenance and I had an appointment. This is an electric car, so no oil change or anything. It took over 30 minutes to simply be "processed", which made me late for my work appointment. The people were VERY pleasant and obviously trying to work hard, but the systems were impossibly slow. This is frustrating after purchasing a luxury vehicle. On the positive note in addition to the pleasant service people, they did fix a 'lug nut' issue at no charge. However, generally this routine service and lug nut replacement took all day (from 8:15am until about 4pm), which seems insanely long. Also, i learned there were recalls on my car. The earliest recall service date is not until 60 days out. Again, this speaks to lack of service people, which is a problem for a luxury brand. More
