Your Managers are Biased towards Female Customers. I came in to purchase a car with a Certificate from Capital One. Up to 40,000 dollars. 4.50 % to 11.50 depending on purchase. Credit was showing fair I came in to purchase a car with a Certificate from Capital One. Up to 40,000 dollars. 4.50 % to 11.50 depending on purchase. Credit was showing fair on my end. Willing to talk about financing through you. My credit shows a tax lein (Federal) of 17,000. Of that i owe 1,400 and will be finished by end of Feb and released granted. I could of waited. Your people stated they could get me a better rate than Capital One. They did not but instead did paperwork and never informed me of interest rate until we were in financing room. I was comfy with a 650 range payment. Never missed a car payment. I did give down 450 dollars and sign the paperwork. But b4 i left called Capital One back to inform them of my trade in. They offered me 8.55 % and a 579.00 Payment with 4,000 down as opposed to your 11.39 at almost 680.00. So i asked a question why is your rate so much higher and why couldnt i get a better rate? Come down and meet me somewhere. I never drove the car off the lot. New car parked in front of my old car and im outside the doors waiting for an answer. 5pm and im there from 1145 am. Finally one if your Managers asked me to come inside the office because i had asked them to take the car back and give me my car. Only paperwork tear it up or ibcan come back after i get my Granddaughter by 6pm. Do you know what your Employees did? When i went into the office Someone REMOVED MY CAR AND HID IT!!!! To firce my Hand to take the car off the Lot! I had to get my Granddaughter and reiterated that over and over again. I know the procedure once yiu take it iff the lot. I asked for a ride to her school. (1 1/2 miles away) could i take my car and come right back to continue the conversation buy instead they took ny car and hid it. I went back into the managers office and he told me he didnt kniw what happened to the car. I did not holler nor scream nor curse. But told him i was 53 years old Retired and had never been treated so disrespectfully at a dealership. With tears in my eyes from crying i made the decision to leave because it could of turned very ugly. I wwould have called the authorities myself because it was within my right. How Dare they take advantage of A Women like that!! A Man they would of never done that too. I take responsibility on my end for signing the paperwork and not going with my orginal offer. I would have gladly payed the 4,000 dollars to get almost 3 percentage points off. Thats alot of money to save!! Nit great but making progress step by step and its been a long time coming from that lein. I explained all that to your manager who told me there was nothing he could if done which i know is Horseradish. I do intend to Email every person i can from you to Korea and blast Keiffer Hyundai from here to eternity. I read some of the emails reveiws but even the negative ones i thought wow they cant be true if your the Number 1 volume dealer in NC. Or was it the snow last weekend and get every fool you can to make Quota by the end if the Month. Disappointed is not the word here!! I do hope this makes it all the way to you and not intercepted by a underling who sweeps it under the rug. More

Every one was friendly. Liked the whole process with the exception of the finance guy trying to sell us on the extended warranty stuff.
