Mixed Feelings This was my third Hyundai purchase. First two at Huntersville but now living in Charlotte, I changed dealerships so can compare buying experiences. Th This was my third Hyundai purchase. First two at Huntersville but now living in Charlotte, I changed dealerships so can compare buying experiences. The salesperson, Rebecca, was wonderful. Patient and knowledgeable about the products. Downside was over-crowding. Too many people trying to do too many deals. Bit like a bazaar. Think the dealership has outgrown its premises. Did not enjoy the financial side. Suddenly faced with "highly recommended" extras that raised the monthly payments by 13 percent and outside my budget. If i'd known about these extras, I may have gone with my next choice Mazda which came in lower WITH the highly recommended extras. Then issues with the loyalty rebate which sent me off to get proof that I've owned two previous Hyundai's. Really?? Then my company check was declared an unacceptable form of payment for the down-payment. They wanted cash or personal check. End result was frustrating and a huge waste of time. Dodgy service however made up for by a great product which I'll most likely get elsewhere next time. More

Overall pleased Staff could of been a bit more helpful and attentive. Also seemed a bit pushy at times but they were able to meet my needs and make a deal work. When I decided to trade this week I checked out several other top SUV brands (including luxury brands) and determined Sante Fe still gives the most for the money. So I ended up back with my friends a Keffer, who cut me a heck of a deal on a new 2016 Sante Fe Sport 2.0T because they wanted to keep me in the "Keffer family". I used to be suspicious of all dealers, but Keffer is the real deal! More

Once I pointed it out I was told to bring it back on Thursday as that is the only day it can be taken care off however this is impossible as I am only off of work on Sunday's. More
