Frustrated My sales lady Rebecca was great however, The car needed a new alternator. I bought the car yesterday was told it would be ready in the morning. Now it's 5pm not done and I have to go sign more paperwork that they forgot to have me sign yesterday after being there for 5 hours. Did I mention I live an hour away. Purchase Car I took my car in for servicing. Crystal approaced me about ourchading my vehicle. My car was shy 90 miles from 100000. Warrenty almost up. She asked q I took my car in for servicing. Crystal approaced me about ourchading my vehicle. My car was shy 90 miles from 100000. Warrenty almost up. She asked questions ran numbers then asked more questions. She had Farrid to take me on a test drive. I enjoyed the ride with no hopes of getting the car. Farrid was great he told mecall about the car as we drove. Got back to the dealership, long story short,i left drivibg my 2016 Hyundai Sonata with only 40 miles on the car. God is good!!! You have a great team at the Independence location yes i will tell my friends. Great job team you made me one happy lady!!! More
