Hard to book appts, no loaner vehicles despite sales promises, and something gets broken nearly every time I bring the car in- back window won’t go d Hard to book appts, no loaner vehicles despite sales promises, and something gets broken nearly every time I bring the car in- back window won’t go down, child locks permanently enabled, etc. once they kept my car for over a week and no one would tell me anything despite probably 20 phone calls. Ok to buy from here, but DEFINITELY don’t get service here. I’m going to try lake Norman location based on a rec I got today from another unhappy customer. More
