Keffer Hyundai has been great with working with me for my new car purchase. They were very prompt and not pushy at all. This was our second time using the Keffer Service Dept and unfortunately we will not be back EVEN with some of the services being free. The wait times/lack of staffing doesn't offset the cost. I dropped my car off before my appt time of 10AM and had to track someone down to help me. I waited 15 - 20 minutes just to be able to hand the keys off. At 2PM, after not hearing from anyone if it was finished, I called the service dept and went to voicemail 3 separate times. Finally I was able to determine the car had been done for a while but no one made me aware. When I went to pick up the car, I again waited in line for 15 -20 minute while other employees in the service dept stood around. I would recommend the service dept revisit their staffing models and customer service expectations. More
