Got there, went through the process, they knew what color I wanted (they added that they had an additional lot that had more cars and would have what I want). In the end, they didn't. They didn't even have my second color. I was on a time crunch and had to choose white/ yeah. Also, the wait in the showroom was way too long. In the end, I got a car for the right price just the wrong color (even when they said they had it). If I had more time, I would have left to get what I wanted somewhere else and NOT stay and settle because of the time crunch. More

The Best vehicle purchase we have ever experienced Shelene and Gabe were extremely informative. Shelene asked us to list all of the amenities we needed/wanted in our vehicle and really really did find Shelene and Gabe were extremely informative. Shelene asked us to list all of the amenities we needed/wanted in our vehicle and really really did find the right car for us!!! Gabe then assisted in getting our pricing and trade in value. He showed us how he came up with the price using a computer program used by managers. There was no games played and all presented to us was explained fully. We had used true car pricing on line and Shalene responded with possible vehicles and Gabe showed us how that gave us the discounts that Shalene had discussed with us. We were previous customers of Keffer purchasing 3 vehicles and had gone to Ford to purchase an Escapes 2 years ago and were disappointed with their service. This sales experience reminded us of how great the customer service is at Keffer Hyundai and how well they represent the Hyundai products. More

Best customer service I've had I went to the dealership not thinking I would be able to get into the vehicle I wanted due to all the negative equity in my current vehicle. Although I went to the dealership not thinking I would be able to get into the vehicle I wanted due to all the negative equity in my current vehicle. Although it was a task, my salesman Michael, kept at it until he came back with an offer lower than I expected. We even stayed past closing time to get everything finished. Everyone had a smile on their face and were positive throughout the whole process. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at Keffer. More

Dealership needs to be more customer focus, offer more rebates or incentives, offer better interest rates, etc. More
