They do not stand behind their "certified" pre-owned vehicle The summary of my purchase is as follows: I bought a "certified" pre-owned vehicle on 4/14/16. Everything went downhill starting with the finance off The summary of my purchase is as follows: I bought a "certified" pre-owned vehicle on 4/14/16. Everything went downhill starting with the finance office. None of the figures agreed upon were the same by the time I made it into that office. Finance was discussed using Coastal Federal Credit Union yet the paperwork was prepared with RBC. Less than 3 weeks later the car broke down and Keffer has been less than helpful. I've been without the vehicle for 7+ days and the first payment is due next week. I've been getting the runaround from everyone at the dealership. Prior to this repair issue, Michael was a great salesman. After the sale he has not provided much help. Our last conversation was on Friday, May 6, he was going to have someone contact me but I have not heard from anyone at Keffer and my emails have gone unanswered. Angus Fox replied to a request but did not provide any assistance. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau to help resolve my concerns. More

Purchase of 2016 Tucson My experience in purchasing my new Tucson at Keffer was excellent! I already knew what version and color of the Tucson I was interested in, and the My experience in purchasing my new Tucson at Keffer was excellent! I already knew what version and color of the Tucson I was interested in, and the salesperson quickly located one at one of their auxillary lots and transported us there for a test drive. Pricing was determined and agreed upon in a moderate amount of time and we only had to wait on setting up financing and getting the car cleaned up in order to take possession. It was a Saturday close to the end of the month of April, and the dealership was very busy that day with lots of customers to manage, but everything proceeded smoothly. It was a very good experience and I expect to use the dealership for all my future service and maintenance of my Tucson. Thanks to everyone who worked with us that day! More
