Deceptive pricing Sales person was quite good and car seems fine. The problem was the price- the car was advertised as Certified with a price of about $17k. When contract was presented it was $900 more - explanation was this was for certification. They could not explain why the ad said certified when it was not in fact certified, or why the ad said $17k when it was not in fact $17k. Dishonest and amateurish in my view. More

Lewis informed us of all points to a car that would meet our needs without showing us anything that wouldn't. He was more than knowledgeable about all makes and models and took us out to show us one option that would work for our growing family. He was certified and very informative. His personality was on point too, non abrasive, non pushy and VERY friendly. Although we decided a mini van would be a better option, years down the road whenever we are kid free, we WILL come back and purchase a vehicle from him and Keffer Hyundai because of his expertise and willingness to help us make a informed decision.
