He was professional, courteous with no gimmicks-as with many dealerships. From the time I arrived until the time I left he worked with me taking the time to explain everything about the car before the test drive. Even getting into see finance went quickly; I was out and back on the road in a very reasonable time. I definitely recommend Michael if you want to work with a no-pressure, professional and knowledgeable sales person. He made the experience pleasant; I will work with him the next time I decide to purchase a car. Thanks Michael! More

Since I have lived in the Charlot I am a 100% disabled vietnam veteran on a fixed income. Due to my disabilaties, this may be my last auto purchase. Since I have lived in the Charlotte area, I have purchased 6 autos from Keffer dealerships, 4 Pontiacs and two Hyundais. I have received flyers from Keffer recently saying they could get me into a new Elantra GT for $150.00/mo. less than I was paying. Due to being on a fixed disability income, the opportunity to reduce my payments was very important. Due to my disabilities, it is becoming more difficult to enter and exit my Elantra and I had hoped to be able to move up to the next larger size auto, the Tuscon. After test driving the Elantra and the Tuscon, I chose the Tuscon but failed to check the features and ended up with a vehicle that was missing two important features I had wanted, GPS and the Panorama sunroof. It is my fault and I probably couldn't afford them. In the future, it may be helpful to make a list of the desired features and when a specific car is chosen, go over the list before doing the contract. It just left me disappointed and I felt like there never was any intention of living up to the advertised deal. More

Took too long - otherwise was great experience. I feel as if everyone was nice and the deal was fair enough, but it took WAY too long. I walked in ready to trade in, test drive, and make the deal. Meaning I knew I was buying from there, trading in there, and had no intent to go anywhere else or do anything else (and felt that I made that clear on the phone to begin with). Anyway, Jason was a nice and a great salesman, he did a great job and was the reason we stuck out the 4 + hours. However, if it would have been any other person (likely) or day or time (I was in a good mood that day) I would have walked out and not came back. I have been in and out in that same situation in less than 1 1/2 hours. But like I said, other than the amount of time it was a great experience. IF I COULD rate Jason in stars, I'd give him 5/5. Jenna was the one who obviously says whatever is needed to get people in, but she needs to do a better job at being honest and looking into things. I called well before hand (2 times) and the car I was promised when showing up was "not an option". So I settled for something else that Jason sold me on, it was a nice car, again he did a great job/ saved the deal more than one time... I'd hold on to him, he is patient and distracting from anger/anxiety that many people get when car shopping. More

I do recognize that it was a Saturday early afternoon which is probably their busiest time of the week. More
