Terrible Customer Service Terrible after-sale customer service, un-returned calls, rude staff. Finance guy completely lied about the warranty we purchased. We were charged for a "cosmetic problem" when no air was blowing out of a vent so had to pay out of pocket. The GM is rude and talks over the customer, putting them down. The customer service was so bad we cancelled the warranty because they will never touch my car again. More
