Terrible Customer Service Terrible after-sale customer service, un-returned calls, rude staff. Finance guy completely lied about the warranty we purchased. We were charged for Terrible after-sale customer service, un-returned calls, rude staff. Finance guy completely lied about the warranty we purchased. We were charged for a "cosmetic problem" when no air was blowing out of a vent so had to pay out of pocket. The GM is rude and talks over the customer, putting them down. The customer service was so bad we cancelled the warranty because they will never touch my car again. More

I had no intention of getting rid of my car but they bought my 2012 Hyundai sonata and put me in a brand new 2016 Hyundai sonata hybrid. Other dealers told me I had too much negative equity, but not Keffer they did what they had to do to make me happy and i am ecstatic. My husband got his used truck he anted and I got my brand new 2016 Sonata. More
